Devencrest RV park is a cockroach infested dump. They only have one lot currently available because the utilities are ancient and in disrepair. That was my lot. The 30 amp plug-in on my first lot burnt up the electrical system in my camper my second week there. For which they refused to take any responsibility. The manager Missy is unbelievably rude! There are drunks sitting in the middle of the road on benches they pulled out of old trucks and vans. From what I understand their corporate offices are in California, which may explain why they get away with treating people the way they do. If you are reading this Missy, shame on you. Clean up your act or get out of the way.
Me and my husband used to live here back in 2018. We were there for about a year. Paid like we were supposed to and everything was fine til we were moving. The manager there is awful and she should not work anywhere. She has no people skills and doesn’t know how to talk to people. She is very rude too. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Campground or mobile home part. Plus there are tons of people out there doing drugs and they don’t want to do anything about it. The cops are always out there too everytime you turn around about either someone stealing or someone getting in a fight. Not a place for family at all.
This is actually a very nice place. Nice people that live there

Good place
Missy is the best manger I have ever met. She keeps a good clean park. Great prices. Quiet , clean , friendly park. Thanks Missy. Roberts for all you do. You Rock
My stay at Devencrest Travel Park was very pleasant. The park is well maintained and has large shade trees throughout. I rented a camper at the park and was there for an extended period of time, any issues I brought to the owners attention were resolved promptly. I enjoyed walking around for exercise and always felt safe. The park is located outside city limits but only about 10 minutes from shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend and would stay again myself.
Love this park. The folks are great, never have any problems here. They have cleaned up the park, and still doing more improvements. Theyve already done an amazing job! I return every year for at least a month. Its a comfortable place, with warm, friendly, helpful folks.
Good and safe place to stay. Administration is very good.
I absolutely love this place!!! The pond is beautiful! Everyone is friendly! The owner is especially helpful! I even got my RV repaired while I was here. I highly recommend this place.
We love this place Missy the Manager goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. The park is nice and quite. Missy is the best.Sincerely, Ed & Kimberly Fultz
Management is good people but some residents disrupt the nice atmosphere
Its a dump. They offer Wi-Fi, but in the 3 months we were there, it never worked. The laundry room is a joke. No one ever stoke our stuff, but police were always out because of residents being involved in drugs or fights. Just felt dirty.
A great no frills RV park. The park owner greeted me as I exited my RV and showed me where to park. I would definitely stay here again.
Damn lot rent killing the older folks .310 for a small lot is crazy.you people need to stop robbing all these poor folks.there people out there that been there for years an new owners making a killing off old ones is not right.it your problem you put new homes in an now you leach off them so you an crawl out hole you got in to.people can move there home to better parks or buy them something of there for 310 a month.it never got be a pain for rich so please dont leach off the older ones that been out there 10or more years.my mom olden on fix in come.this needs to be reported.so glad I sold my trailor an out from there.it sad to know they got to pay that money a. Hardly eat cause you are so selfish peoe
Great place to be my wife and I have been there for several months now and have only great things to say
We stayed here because the rest of the camp grounds in the area were full including our favorite one down the road Creekside RV Park. We called ahead of time(the same day), they told us they had spots open for our extended stay (1 month, for work) and when we got here they told us that they didnt have any extended stay sites open, we could only stay a week. So we decided to stay the week and then move. The office guy was very rude, acted like we werent worth the time. The other guy helped us park in our site. Our site is so close to the one next to us that he has to park his truck right in front of our camper. Right up to our window. When we were setting up we noticed the person across from us spraying for ants, so I was going to buy ants spray the next day so maybe I could stop them before they got into the camper. The next day (being here for about 12 hours at the most) our camper was FILLED. The ants were terrible. I assume they dont spray for anything, because we have had a roach, spiders and MILLIONS of ants in just the 3 days we have been here. They have crazy rules, one being stay in youre camper past 10 PM I understand quiet time and respect, but you cant even be outside past 10PM?? We previously stayed at Creekside RV Park right down the road and LOVED our stay I wont recommend Devencrest to anyone unless you enjoy sitting on your couch and having ants crawl on you.
Just visited a friend. Nice area.
Lil overcrowded looking on the campsite area. Trailer park was nice and quiet
This is a good place to be an u can spend time with youre family
Do not stay here... we stayed a week because all the other parks in the area were full. The property is full of trash, I mean like piles of tires and other car parts, its like a junk yard. Then there is the drag strip that the park backs up to. Not kidding, an actual drag string with races all day on Sunday. Loud engines and an announcer over a loud speaker. Then during the week they were cutting down trees and dragging them past my camper. Then a water connection for the site next to us broke and they dug a hole right outside my door to fix it and left the hole there for the remainder of our stay. And the cherry on top... the manager insisted that a week was 6 nights... really? We got into an argument over how long a week is. He actually came to my door on the 6th day and said we needed to pay if we were going to stay that night. I refused and we left the next morning
This is a quiet place to live in the Mobile Home ..
Quiet for most part, pretty clean
Not well kept noisy people always staring at ladys no service from management just nasty
The area is clean. Management goes above and beyond with any issues.
Trashy Spot
My husband stayed there for a weak but he paid up for a month and they refuse to give him a refund for the rest of the month.
