Kinda got a last minute appt 30 minutes from when I called. It took about 1½ hours for a new full set of acrylics. I love them! Excellent skills!

Unique Nails is by far the best nail company Ive been to! There are 3 employees and they are super family oriented and actually talk to you and want to know about your life! They are so precise and gentle on all your needs as well!

I did have to wait a little bit but they were super busy. They were super professional and had amazing attention to detail. I got acrylic nails with gel polish and the gentleman who shaped and painted did a fabulous job. They are exactly the shape and length I love and he took the time to make sure the color turned out now it should (the color was so light it took 3 coats). Definitely going back!

Some of the providers are good, I would look elsewhere if youre wanting to get a set of nails on as theyre quality is meh at best. Waxing and pedicures are both great. Also ended up paying way more than the quoted price both times.

Great ombré nails and they use the acrylic powder so it last longer great shape I love them

I am absolutely appalled with this place! I was a customer of theirs for months and they did my acrylic nails for me. I went in 3 times monthly for fills spending at least $70.00 each time because I tipped them no less than $20.00 each visit. It I was ever even 5 min late I called them. Today I was 10 min late and after taking off my entire set of nails because me and one of the employees (the male) had discussed they needed to be removed in order to do the set that I wanted. As usual, he said he didn’t have time, he wanted to do it some quick cheap way. This wasn’t the first time😠. He has no talent and is greedy so he always wants to do things the fast way so he rip off the next person. I walked out of there. I wouldn’t mind were your time or money going to this place.

I dont go to other shops. By appointment only with the pandemic. Easy access and close to many other shopping or eateries. The staff is small but willing to accommodate your every need for nails. They are friendly and have the newest nail polish available. I have never had an unpleasant experience. LOVE this establishment.

I went here because I was in a rush and couldnt get in anywhere else. An older, 50s, man kept blatantly checking me out. It was dirty and just not a comfortable environment. I only gave two stars because an elderly lady did a wonderful job on my nails. Still NOT going back.

This is a family place. I have gone here for 3 years. I am retired so it is easy to give up my space for some one else. We want people to experience the caring environment. This is the best place in town. I always have the best nail or pedicure ever here.💙💗👀

They really need more people in there working! They turned away 5 customers while I was in there. My nails look okay , I just got simple black because I felt like they wanted me to leave the whole time I was there.

Got a pedicure paid extra for gel just for it to peel off no even 24hrs later. Came back to see if i could get a refund which they refused and insisted on fixing them. The guy that fixed them was extremely rough while doing so making me bleed! If I could give zero stars I would! They both laughed and said pedicure no refund we fix fo you. The last thing I wanted to do today was sit with all three of my kids in a nail salon getting my toes redone

This is definitely my new nail place!! I had a terrible experience at another salon and UNIQUE NAILS SAVED THE DAY!! they got me in within 20min of me calling and did it with a smile! Not to mention they did my eyebrows and they came out flawless!!!! KELLI IS AMAZING she always does my nails and she NEVER disappoints!!

Do not recommend. I got my nails done by the older woman with glasses. She asked me if I brought in my own nail filer and when I said no, super confused, she said it’s $2 use a new one but she would use the new one and whispered to not let the boss know.. I told her I didn’t understand that I had to pay extra for nail filing for the service I was getting (gel acrylic) sh kept whispering that it’s $2 but not to worry. Then when trying to explain that I wanted a glitter polish on one nail with added diamonds several times she yelled that she understood and didn’t even do it. She was aggressive with my hands, very temperamental and when she didn’t understand what I was saying she threw a fit.

I will oy go hete for my nails, Kelly does an excellent job. They are very friendly and welcoming. Great price, great nails. 😁

I called on a wim and they got me right in first thing in the morning. I got a full set acrylic. Jenny was the lady that took care of me. She did every thing by hand and made it all just as I asked. Im very happy with my service and would recommend going here. Very satisfied. Thank you☺

I walked in.. no appt. They took me right away. Kelly did my nails. She was very friendly and we had a nice chat while she did my full set. Her technique was very soft and she was extra careful around my broken nail. I had never been in before but based on my experience tonight I would go back. It isnt a fancy place but it is a cozy place. I didnt feel rushed out for the next potential customer. Very pleasant.

Kelly is who I know. She does a good job and has become a friend. She worked at another place when she left I followed her. The other 2 appear to be very good also.

I got Acrylic nails done I showed her the picture they were not that hard and at first it was going good and then she started to draw them on with the nail polish and she only did one coat didn’t feel it in nothing she made it look very sloppy I would not recommend this place

Id been referred here months ago and never went. Now I know why. They dont speak very good English and at first glance seem ok. Until the gentleman came up to me with a dirty drill bit already on his drill ready for my nails! I said um that is not clean. He left. The other gal seemed nice and then again almost mad that I did not want to soak my nails in acetone to get it to come off easier...that is not how its done! Anyhow, their internet is off or down, had to go to an atm after they made me feel like I didnt have the money to pay when their machine did not work. Well, I give my nails a three at most. And? She hurt me several times without a care! I dont recommend them. I normally travel 200 miles to the most amazing place to have mine done...never going back to this place!

I have to give a huge shout out to my favorite nail salon! I’ve been going here for 3 or more years and it’s always been great!

Terrible place. My wife had an appointment at 230 with si and they took walk ins before they even took her back. She had to wait an HOUR even though we showed up 15 mins early for her appointment. They did her nails for 2 HOURS before finally finishing them. Then when they quoted her $35 they charged us $52 because they had to fix her nails. This place is a joke. You want good honest people I highly highly recommend alba nails. This place is trash

Best pedicure experience ever especially since im pregnant and due anyday!!

I left the store with bubbly unfinished acrylics and 4 bleeding fingers after sitting there for almost two hours while they kept telling me that I was wrong about the shape and color I wanted. I payed them 55 dollars when I got plain black nails and they look worse then when they did before I went to them.

Then a lady walked up to me after standing there for a couple mins asked if I had an appointment I said not asked if I had called before I came in I said not she asked what I wanted I told her a full set she said I could come back and see if they had time for me later. Yet another woman walked in as i was talking to her. Guess she had been there before tells the guy that she had broke a couple nails and now just wanted something different. She said sorry for not calling 🤔and he took her before me. So I left with no nails😡

Ive had my nail drilled through when getting there solar set. Still paid full price. Also went in to get pedicures and they have the prices listed but they charge extra without warning. Dont reccomend this place.

They suck. They screwed my nails up. Didnt cut them, theyre uneven, werent connected to my real nail at all, didnt even give me the design I wanted, they were rude and very unprofessional. I definitely wont be going back there and Ill be sure to let everyone I know how the service is. Alba nails is where well be going from now on. 👍

I called ahead of time and set a 4:45 appointment for my mother and i to get our nails done when we arrived we were asked why we were there i informed them that we had an appointment and the name that it was under we then waited until 5:09 when they finally had my mom put her feet in the water for her pedicure I continued to wait because i was getting a set of solar nails i ended up waiting for over an hour after my appointment time before they got to me. Now thats ridiculous to have to wait that long when an appointment was made but not only that my nails look horrible because the lady who was doing them was just rushing to get me done and on to the next. So when i got to the car and looked at my nails i could see where it looked like my nails had grown out and were lifted and this was whith in 10 minutes of getting them done. This was by far the worst experience i have ever had in a nail salon. I would never recommend this place and never going back.

Best pedicure I have ever had!

Terrible experience, they use shellac but dont know how to take it off!?!?! I sat in the pedi chair for 20+ mins waiting for the guy to figure out how to take off my toenail polish!! Ugghhh! Eventually he had massacred my nail polish so bad I walked out!!

I think the people are very nice but my nails chipped off after 2 days of having them done. I got shallic cats eyes. I called them and they agreed to fix them so i did that but seriouosly the paint chipped off the next dayvagain. I spent 55$ there that day and than had to go to star nails to get them fixed for $20!!!! Im thinking that it is due to poor quality products!!!

I really like my nails but the lady who did them burned me a couple of times with the file machie n i have a lil cut from it ... Also while i was there they lost a customer because the customer couldnt understand what the other workers were tellin her n they didnt know what she wanted ... Wouldnt recommend anyone to go there.
