Their prices have gone up and that caught me off guard. Both boys were happy with their hair cuts, which makes for a happy mom. I didnt go inside to limit the amount of people in the store and prevent over crowding but the boys said the staff were friendly and easy to talk too.

Came in at 2pm for a hair cut and was turned away because they were booked for the day, but there were no customers in the salon. They did not put a sign up and multiple customers entered and turned right around and left.

Loved my experience there those lovely ladies there then where amazing and so helpful with questions.

Went in to get a simple haircut, only to get the most embarrassing cut ever, uneven not even faded incorrectly, literally had a chunk of hair she forgot to trim, rescheduled to get it fixed came in to only get attitude as if it was my fault that I’m here in this situation. If you want to be a test experiment, book that appointment now!

Called and asked if I could walk in the woman said yes they werent busy the hair dresser had a 340 and 420 appt, so it shouldnt be a problem. We showed up just as she was finishing her 340 appt. The hair dresser asked if we had an appt? I replied no were a walk in and she immediately turned us away and said she was booked. I let her know we had just called and were told we could get in no problem. She could careless and said sorry.👎

I’ve come to the Albany location for years for haircuts but after today I realized I’m not sure why. It’s about 50/50 if you get a hack job haircut here and today I scheduled an appointment for 2:40 and as I walked in my watch ticked to 2:41. I know because I looked as I walked in. The lady told me she couldn’t take me back because her computer says it’s 2:45. No one told me over the phone that I wouldn’t be served if I’m even one minute late. I thought she was joking at first and I laughed. I’m done with this place. I’ve had to come back here multiple times to get their bad haircuts fixed. Not sure why I’ve gone back for so long.

Customer service was atrocious, staff acted like I was infringing on thier personal time and it was inconvenient to cut my hair. They over charge for a horrible haircut. Its like letting a disabled person with Parkinson cut your hair. Never going back and wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. It used to be kept clean and had friendly staff. Now its a pig sty and run my rude homeless looking people.

The barber we normally take our 2 year old to was unexpectedly closed so we brought him here. I was nervous because weve had some bad experiences with stylists not having experience with fine baby hair or not being comforting to our kid. Maddie W was very patient with him, took time to make him feel comfortable and did a great job on his hair. I would definitely recommend her for kid cuts.

The gal cutting my hair was very professional and polite, but I walked out of there with one of the worst haircuts Ive ever gotten. Uneven and cut way to short in general. I asked her to take the top down to finger-length....about an inch. My bangs were trimmed down to a 1/4 and it gets longer as you go back, up to about 3/4.

I wish I could remember the name of my stylist because he was absolutely fantastic! Im always a little nervous about using budget cut type shops but he went above and beyond to make my hair look and feel great!

I love my stylist, Aspen. She does a great job and is easy to talk to. Im lucky to still have her after a couple of years because they seem to have a very high stylist turnover rate. That said, its a simple basic hair salon and the price is right. They also have a great selection of styling products that are often on sale.

My entire family has been going here for years up until today none of us will return we only continued going there because of our favorite stylist who was by far extremely talented and always professional a very personable person now that she is gone none of us will return in the past year Ive watched the place go down hill fast the girls dont look or act professional Ive heard conversations that were not appropriate for a place where children get haircuts the manager is nice but lacks all of the qualities of manager definitely the place has become filthy and uninviting theres a lack of involvement with the corporation or person who makes the final say in that establishment it looks like a bunch hobos cutting hair . to bad it use to be so nice great atmosphere and professionals who cared not only for there customer but for the entire salon and put forth great welcoming. We will be following our stylist. Happy hair cuts..

They managed to get a large family in for trims and cuts in a reasonable amount of time and were a very nice too.

Went in for my first trim in a year and the gal was definitely patient with me as i described what i needed done. I did discover that the cut was uneven and that was disappointing. I spent $20 on a cut that was uneven. I did appreciate that the staff was friendly and that i was able to schedule online.

Ive been here in the past and it was great! But I would rather let my blind dog cut my hair then any of whatever is going on at that place .. Im not sure what happened but i wont be returning

This was horrible. 45 minute wait. Butchered my hair. Didnt notice how really bad it was until I got home. Went back for a refund. Got the run-around. They said the owner would call. The owner did eventually called a few days later. She send me a refund check and a free haircut voucher. I still havent decided if I will use it but I appreciate the refund and the gesture.

Alora was absolutely fantastic! She did everything I asked for and even helped me find product for my super dry hair! She was a blast to talk to which made the hair cut seem to go very fast, and I hate to sit still. Will definitely be going back in a couple months!

Tosha is great! But I will never let Katelyn touch my hair again, i asked for a red with soft thin blonde highlights. She did huge streaks and didn’t even start anywhere near the roots. I was so horrified I could t speak for a minute.. I absolutely hated it.. a girl with blue hair that works there kept staring at me with a dirty look, though I could have possibly misjudge her expression but it still made me feel uncomfortable.

I usually get a great cut but this time I got the worst cut I have ever had. I’m heartbroken I have to look like this for 2 or 3 weeks

I had my hair naturally curly and showed the stylist where I wanted it to fall while in its curly state- below the collarbone. She combed (ouch) and cut my hair dry - which Ive never had a stylist do before. After she asked me if the length felt better, I ended up having to show her a spot that she missed cutting. She made her snip and ended the appointment. After getting home I flat ironed my hair and found that the shortest layers fell just above the shoulder, with the rest of my straight hair hitting just below collarbone. Mind you-I asked for below collarbone length when my hair was curled because straight hair always falls a few inches longer than its natural curly state. My hair is always styled curly. Until now. After finding multiple areas that were uneven and strongly comtemplating paying another place to fix her hack job, I decided to call the salon and ask if a clean up was complimentary. She invited me to come on back. I told her I didnt want any more length removed, just wanted it to be more even. She proceeded to give me another all around quick trim taking another half inch off. I had to show here where to cut to make my face framing layers mirrored - there was a 2 inch difference in length on one side. She offered me a mirror to check the back and by this point I was over trying to get an accurate cut out of this stylist and thanked her for her time. Not once did she pull strands from both sides to ensure that her cuts were mirrored and accurate. Once home, I ended up taking my own shears to fix the problem areas and even things out. 5 inches lost and $15 later, supercuts will never get my business again.

Went in for an eyebrow wax and didnt see my eyebrows up close until I got to my car to leave and I am So disappointed .my left eyebrow doesnt even look like she even tried to was it😞 and not to mention the hairs she missed on my right. Definitely not happy .

Worst experience Ive had with a loud talking hairdresser from Louisiana totally ignoring my request for a trim. I walked in with shoulder length hair, asked for a trim, and ended up with lots of layers that barely reached my earlobes. I had to take my eyeglasses off for the cut, so was totally shocked when I looked at the mirror afterward. It just made me sick. If I could, I would give no stars.
