I have had acupuncture a number of times in the past and have had mixed results with different Practitioners . After moving to Albany, Or I wanted to find someone local and thought I would try Valley Health. Well, I need not look any further! Will is an amazing acupuncturist! He spends the time needed in order to evaluate and treat the issue. I have most recently seen him for a lower back spasm and after 1 treatment, I was able to bend over without pain. After 2 weeks, I am still free of the spasm. I highly recommend Will Sheppy and Valley Health in Albany.

I sought out Will Sheppy Spring 2013 for treatment of my seasonal allergies. After a year of treatment my allergies have decreased in intensity and duration since. Will is awesome! After years of rock climbing and riding downhill mountain bikes my back has taken a severe beating. Bouncing of trees at 45 plus miles and hour will take you back a couple of notches. Im 33 and shouldnt feel fifty. After years of chiropractic, massage and physical therapy nothing seemed to last longer than three weeks at the most. At the end of those three it would sometimes and most likely average about thirty minutes (using the window sill and bed) for me to stand and walk to the shower. All those trips and trips to the chrio, massage and physical therapy were an absolute waste of my time!! I had five appointments with Will and HAVE NOT FELT THIS GOOD IN A LONG TIME! One thing I remember Will telling me was that he said he thought he could make the pain go away. I said for how long. He said go away. I thought yeah, sure. Its been six to eight weeks since I last saw Will. The pain is gone. Im no longer scared to make sudden movements. He has given me my back back. < thats funny
