A co-worker has been seeing Dr. Hui Gao for years and recommended me. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. She spent more time with me than any other acupuncturist has and was very thorough. She is a pro, very smart and personable, one of the best acupuncturists I’ve had. Highly recommended.

One of the first things my acupuncturist Dr. Gao told me was stressing about getting pregnant will be a huge block in our efforts. After my third session I felt that acu-high I had read about. Dr. Gao guided me through the stress and anxiety and worked on fertility points. Two months in, I wasn’t taking any medicine for anxiety. Three months after that I found out I was pregnant. The pandemic started and I felt the absence of acupuncture pretty quickly. Now that I’m back I’m feeling the effects sparking back and more at ease that I have an outlet again. I’m so happy to be back and acupuncture to be part of my self-care, part of my village.

Dr. Gao changed my life. I have seen several acupuncturist, physical therapist, chiropractor, and orthopedic surgeons for my shoulder and lower back issues. She is considerate, very professional, and really takes the time needed to ensure a good outcome of treatment. I travel an hour and a half to see her because I cant find anyone close to me that treats me like she does! She is the BEST acupuncturist in the US.

I had been suffering from complications from undiagnosed and undertreated Lyme disease for many years. I came to Grace perpetually sick, tired, depressed, and with chronic back pain and numbness. I find Dr. Gao to be deeply committed to the progress of her patients. She uses a variety of modalities that mutually support each other and is thoughtful in the progression of treatment, considering the desires and limitations of the patient. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. At this time of COVID-19, her office is thoroughly cleaned between patients and each patient is screened the day before the visit and in the waiting room before entering the office. I see Dr. Gao as a true healer.

Dr, Gao changed my life. I was told by a few orthopedic doctors to deal with my diagnosis and accept pain pills and the inevitable life with a walker and eventually a wheelchair. The pain in my back was unbelievable and I was feeling overwhelmed and depressed that my life had taken this turn. However, I was told to try acupuncture by a friend and I tried Dr. Gao about 4 years ago. I went in not believing it would work but was surprised that I was getting relief. 4 years later I am not even using a cane and I take no pain pills at all. Dr. Gao is by far one of the most competent and caring medical professional I have ever dealt with. I have referred her to many friends who also have found such comfort and relief from a variety of ailments. I recommend Dr. Gao without hesitation.

One start is a generous review for this center. Doctor Hui Gao is not only rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional she is unwilling to hear what the patients have to say. Do not waste your time with this center when there are many others much better and cleaner in the area.

She is really good. She gives me new life. You know I cant stand up because of my lower back pain.
