Rude and inappropriate. I went to this doctor once in my early twenties. After taking my height and weight, he said to me, “Well, we can’t all be Elle Macpherson.” Can you IMAGINE saying this to a young woman? A DOCTOR saying this? By the way, I was 5’5 and about 125 pounds - not Elle Macpherson certainly, but thin and healthy. I still can’t believe my awkward and uncomfortable experience with him to this day and only wish I’d had the wherewithal at the time to respond like I would now.

Friendly, knowledgeable, I never had any problem with Dr Tulchinsky at all while I lived in Albany NY several years ago. Recommended if you need a honest doctor with a pleasant manner.

Dr. Tulchinsky has one of the most brilliant minds I have ever met in the medical realm. He is both allopathic and holistic- the perfect balance. I would highly recommend him both as a Family Medicine practitioner and as an Acupuncturist.

I have been a patient basically since he started his private practice, he is amazing,. he listens to you. He is not one to make you a drug addict by just passing pills. He is one of a kind. Love ya man!!!!

His office and him are very unprofessional! I have a open wound and need a referral by his office and they are very unprofessional with ensuring first time customers arent treated like drug addicts! Hes wack and inconsiderate! Definitely dont recommend

Hes not trustworthy. While he was cleaning my ears, I went vasovagal and fell forward. He didnt even try to catch me or stick an arm out to break my fall, he let me fall to the ground. And I fell hard. Because of that, I recieved many stitches on my face, broke my glasses and fractured a tooth. Hes somewhat okay if youre just going to get advice or getting a prescription from him. But having him perform some medical procedure on you? Dont risk it, there are many better physicians than him in the capital region (with better reflexes to catch you when you fall!).
