This review is for Mr. Cook. He was good to us for years, then one day he came in the room red faced, and whipped my childs weight scale at her, and told her to tape it on the fridge and think on that next time she went to the fridge for food. This was much more hurtful coming from a provider we had enjoyed and trusted.the day this happened, I came in JUST for paperwork, I had left three messages and sent a message through the portal and could not get a callback. We had a pressing need for paperwork for a shower chair, and after a month of no responses, we made an appointment. His assistant said she had not received any messages, to which i pointed out it was not her fault if she wasnt getting the messages sent, but that I still needed the paperwork.I couldnt get my paperwork, I couldnt get a call back, I couldnt get a message back on portal, so we come in, and he is that horrible to my daughter? red faced anger? whipping her weignt chart at my sensitive adolescent who has been to injured to move for years? Classy services you got there!!! Why not find a child cancer patient to mock for having no hair?

They provide quality care for all of my children. Nurse Kristin is an asset there. The kindness, concern and professionalism shown to my babies by her and Dr. Friday go above and beyond my expectations. Great job to staff and doctors here!!! I feel very assured my childrens health is of the utmost importance at this office!! Thank you Pediatrics of Alamogordo for all you do!!!

Words can’t describe how grateful and thankful I am for Pediatrics of Alamogordo. After a very frustrating visit at another facility, I called p.o.a hoping they could see my son for a problem that was urgent in my eyes. From the front desk, to the assistants, to the CNP-Mr. Cook, I felt like my concerns were their concerns, I felt heard, I felt respected, I felt relief. They saw my son right away, were kind and compassionate, answered all questions and were able to work around my busy schedule for our next appt. After being at an office where I felt dismissed and left almost in tears then going to Pediatrics of Alamogordo and leaving w/ an Rx, reassurance, and a next appt, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pediatrics of Alamogordo for anyone who wants quality heath care for their littles.

Dr. Mendoza and Dr. Friday are both amazing and are very kind thank you for your care and kindness the front desk and everyone we see is just so kind and caring here the people are great and they love what they dobefore the doctor comes in the girls we have seen have been so kind and great with kids and babies thank you to all the staff you all are very amazing and are doin great its so nice to see people who love what they do and are so amazing with kids and babies
