That is the most unprofessional office I have ever had the experience of using. The staff is always rude and complains out loud about the customers in front of the customers. They overbook even though they make you wait a month for the appointment in the first place. The sad thing is Dr. Molina actually seems like a nice guy but his office help is ruining his business. What happened to customer service? 1 star is actually being too generous based on the office! If you can get past them Dr Molina is pretty nice!

This place has extremely went downhill. I’ve been going here for years they have always been nice to me and worked with me. At the beginning of June i went in, to only get frames for my glasses! They said my glasses should be here in three weeks, it has currently been 6/7 weeks. So the last TWO weeks I’ve been calling to get updates and this morning the lady answered the ohone with attitude and told me JUST now they wanted to tell me the frames i picked out isn’t going to work and i have to come in pick different ones and wait another two weeks! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Get it together! What happen and why wasn’t i connected a long time ago or the one of many times I’ve called?

This place has gone down hill. The eye provider is competent and about two yrs ago had a great front desk woman to set up the apointment with customers. Now however the office staff seems to be incompetent and unable to comprehend how customer services should be conducted. As in other reviews had to wait months for glasses, and not getting the call to pick up the glasses that you have already requested. Having to call, and track down yourself, and getting told too busy unable to assist. They have better customer service at a place like McDonalds. They have lost three people because we all get glasses. In short this is sad the provider who does the eye exam should not be tortured with a staff like this, and he is going to lose out on his funds because his staff is unable to do what theyre supposed to.

Yeah...a few of the ladies are nice. I went to get my exam and the optometrist bellowed like calling a farm animal, then glasses take 2 months to get (and thats preparing without filing insurance). Next time I will DRIVE 100 MILES to a better place just to not go through it again. Not techs fault--BAD MANAGEMENT

Great experience with scheduling and exam. Its a smaller office with minimal staffing so occasionally you can hear the frustration they have when dealing with the public in our current environment, but its completely understandable! Dr. Molina was efficient and friendly with my daughter and me.

DO NOT USE INTUITION OOTICAL.!! A one is being generous!! This business is awful. Customer service is horrible. They are rude and inconsiderate. They dont track their orders, I have been waiting for my glasses for over 2 months. Its always someone elses fault. They dont even communicate with each other. They had no record that I have been calling 2xbox a week for the past 5 weeks.

Have too many stories to tell basically very very rude,when trying to make an appointment said they dont have the time, have waited up to two months for glasses because mom and sister went in together mixed up who info went to what frames so they just never sent it in and waited for us to call to tell us about the mix up then made us wait evenlonger. just dont go here period.

I admit I had a rough time deciding how many stars to rate this place. I wasnt happy with another optical shop in town, so when my prescription changed I tried Intuition Optical on the recommendation of an acquaintance. My first impression was great. I worked with a young lady who was enthusiastic, friendly, and hardworking. Found frames I love, and was really excited to get my new glasses. The receipt said they would be ready in 4 weeks. At 5 weeks I still hadnt heard. I called to check on them and after calling many many times because no one answered the phone, I finally got a very rude woman who told me that she was working alone, and she didnt have time to look through the boxes of glasses that were ready for pick-up. Another couple of weeks went by. I called again (and again had to try several times because no one answers the phone). This time I was shocked at how rudely I was treated. I explained that it had been almost 2 months and I still didnt have my glasses. She honestly said Do you hear this phone ringing??? This is what its like all day and Im here alone. Meanwhile I was thinking well, I paid in full for my glasses almost 2 months ago and I would like to have them before my prescription changes again (but I refrained from actually saying that). She didnt even tell me she would call back. Just said she didnt have time to go through the boxes of glasses that were ready for pick-up. Again I was thinking well maybe you wouldnt have so many boxes to go through if you would actually call people to come pick them up when they are ready. Finally 2 1/2 months after I ordered and paid for my glasses, I got a call today that they were ready to be picked up. I actually love them. They did a great job making my progressive lenses. But, their customer service is ridiculously terrible, and at least a couple of their employees really shouldnt be allowed to talk to other human beings. That is why Im giving them 1 star. I will drive to Cruces or El Paso, or even go to Walmarts optical shop before I deal with Intuitions employees again. 2 and 1/2 months....Ill just leave that right there.

I am going on week 9 or 10 on waiting for my glasses. When I called to check on them she told me they are ready when they are ready. Very rude. Eye exam side was nice and helpful but go get your glasses somewhere else. Worst place!!!!!

This place should just shut down I called 43 times in one day not once was it answered they shut early everytime I got there they had me waiting for glasses for three months the last time the doctor is awful they need a change in staff and attitude or they should be shut hours are 9-5 m-f and they take like a three hour lunch not at all over exaggerating just to shut early its completely pathetic

Worst and most unprofessional place Ive ever been. Staff are rude the manager is worse. They are full of excuses on why it takes a month and three weeks to get a simple set of glasses done. Dont forget they NEVER answer the phone. And the very few times they do they hang up on you or have you on hold over 3-5 minutes and still fail to answer your questions. You have the option to call the other side but their unprofessionalism matches that of the other side. Highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere to avoid the headache this place will put you through. But when you go for a refund all a sudden the order is there.Theyre a joke!Lesson learned of not reading reviews before you go somewhere 😅

This is the absolute worst place in town the woman who runs it is rude. It took three months for me to get my sunglasses and when I told her that she basically called me a liar and told me it wasn’t true. I have receipts they’ve never called they’re always closed. I will never ever ever do business with this place again.

I was able to make an appointment much sooner than anywhere else in town, the Staff was professional and kind, and Dr. Molina was quick and concise. Although their lab technician passed away, they were still able to ensure my glasses were ready for me. I was also able to drive up to the office and pick up my glasses during the mandatory shutdown. I can see better than I have in years. Thank you so much.

Girls were very helpful ,friendly, and have lots of paitents while you decide what glasses you want.. one was even honest and told me one of the pair of glasses i tried on didnt look good on me.. that made me want to ask her opinion . And trust it..

To make this short and simple the employees I spoke with are extremely rude. The service is absolutely terrible. When you call, the person who makes the glasses never seems to be there. The wait time to get the glasses is far higher than any other place I have ever seen. Took a month and half to get a pair of simple glasses. Don’t waste your money. If I could give them no stars I would.

Bought two pair of glasses from Intuition. Waited four weeks to receive sunglasses. When I tried them on they instantly broke into pieces. They reordered and the same issue occurred again. I had to then re-order another pair of sun glasses that never fit correctly. My eye glasses, after only six months, the lens protector started to rub off leaving holes in the lenses. When I took it back, they said I didnt buy insurance on my glasses. Ive never had to buy insurance for lenses before. Then they told me it was my insurance. I had to get new prescription and buy new glasses after only one year. I will not be returning. Customer service and professionalism low. This was not a Dr. Molina issue. He is always professional.

The skinny girl that works the front has a low tolerance for the elderly. Both times I took my mom in there and she was very very rude. She doesnt have the patients required to serve the elderly. She seemed bothered that she couldnt hear my mother speak. But she had the radio up so loud and thats why she couldnt hear. I will not take my mother there again. And I certainly will not be going there either.

They do not call back. They are to busy to answer the phone. They blame your insurance only to find out they didn’t send in the frames. Months to get glasses. Finally...rude.

Friendly competent service! After calling the other overpriced optometrists with billboard advertising around town I was prepared to travel for a good optometrist. I had my prescription the next day for by far the best price in town. I’ll definitely go back.

They had very bad customer service. They were professionally dressed, but had no knowledge on how to serve customers from different origins. Im a Native American and I could feel the difference as soon as I made my presence to purchase glasses.

I have have had nothing but issues with the service. everytime I have went in the glasses took 3-4 weeks to get back and when I got them they were still messed up. I spend about 400 dollars for my sunglass to be sent to me with my reading glass prescription. I told them it was the wrong prescription and the tall lady in there told me they can not fix it and it was the right prescription. I had to pay another 90 to get the right one put in. My dads glasses have come back wrong and my childrens. I have issues with my sunglasses lens coming out and all they did was file it down instead of fixing them. That was after waiting 3 weeks to get them. Not even fixed correctly. Will not be going back and or recommending.

I spent 400.00 on lenses which I expected. They never did call me when the lenses came in which took 2 weeks. When they did come in they were single vision, not progressive. When they reordered the new lenses, I again had to call them to see if they were in. The girl that cut the lenses never had done progressive lenses before. The next day I had to go back in and get one of the lenses reordered because it was scratched. I still couldnt see after the replacement lense was put in. I told them I wanted a refund and they refused. They said they could make me a pair of computer glasses instead. They did but I had to pay for scratch coating. I got the glasses 2 weeks later and wore them for 3 days. I went to another eye Dr and paid 125.00 for the exam and over 500.00 for new lenses, but I can see and dont need the computer glasses. (And the glasses were in in 6 days.) I spent a lot of money for this learning experience. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The Dr. has terrible bedside manner and rushes through the exam. The staff was a nightmare to deal with and when I got so frustrated with them and picked up my glasses that never got corrected, one of the screws was missing!
