No options for my condition. Left feeling lost and hopeless. No bedside manner.

I met Michele who took my vitals and is a very nice young lady. Later, I met Heather, a nurse practitioner, and she is so very nice and explained things to me. They are all so nice and friendly at this office. Thank you.

Dr. Rolen was exceptional! She listened intently, answered all of my questions and made me feel relaxed. Very professional and courteous and she explained everything in a way that I could fully understand. I highly recommend her.

I had a very good experience with this office. The staff was helpful and friendly and very thorough. I was assured that any questions would be answered with a simple phone call. They were caring and made sure that I met everyone in the office that would contribute to my care. Dr. Rolen gets a 5 star rating from me!

Although it was my first time seeing Dr.Rolen and feeling as though I got a kick to the stomach, believe it or not, it was a pleasant experience. From the onset of checking in (Susan) to meeting Heather Podhajecki (AOCNS), Melanie (RN), Dr. Rolen and my nurse (Im sorry I didnt get her name) who took my vitals, everyone was so kind. Its a very smooth, timely operation. For this cancer patient, pleasant and kindness are everything!

Took my 70 year old friend in there today and its the first time. The doctor was very cold and calculated didnt smile once was not sympathetic or show any empathy at all. I was actually very surprised being in her field you think she would have a little bit more bedside manner and caring I was not impressed.Went to the desk and theyscheduled our appointments and did not even offer our choice of day or time just made the appointments for us without consulting us and now we have to rearrange all our other appointments. My friend had problems getting out of the wheelchair to get on the scale and the nurse just stood there and did not even offer to help or hold our items so that she could get out because she was carrying a oxygen machine. I Was not impressed with this place. If you dowant anybody whose warm and fuzzy hopeful or reasuring, and prefer the Ice Queen mental treatment thing I suggest you go to her. She seemed very knowledgeable but was more annoyed by us being there then offering ot much information to try to resolve the issues. Pretty much yelled at my elderly friend when we were leaving and said what do you want me to do about it?

Dr. Rolen gave me my results and she did it very well. She explained my results to me. I would recommend her to any other and all cancer patients.

Only saw her once...….but she was down to earth...….Liked her......and she doesnt sugar coat things.

I have always received excellent service from Katrina Rolen. I have been a patient of hers for several years now and from the first moment I met her professionalism stood out.

The office doesn’t make you wait forever , efficient and friendly.

I feel very comfortable with the doctor and her staff during my chemo sessions and I feel the results have been more effecrive because of this.

Her bed side manner is gone. She is very insensitive and either needs to retire or find another career. I understand the job is stressful but fighting cancer and struggling to survive is even harder. I dont know where all the stars are coming from besides she does work hard to save her patients. However, I was in there with my mother, my aunt (also fighting)also just went and I have witnessed her coldness myself, flabbergasted, to say the least.Update* My aunt was here from Nov-June only looked at her blood results, never treated her or recommended treatment even though her cough and energy level dropped. My mother sent home on hospice, my mother took it to Albuquerque where they are treating her there and her markers have stabilized for now even though we know unless God intervenes this is a losing battle for my family members. But if she can no longer help, let someone else have a chance elsewhere. Anyway both are happier and doing well and I know this is probley coincidence. But the day they told my mother to go on hopsice was also her birthday. March 18, 2019 there is nothing more we can do for you, here is your referel to hospice.If this one tells you there is no more she can do, go else where. There is immunotherapy different combos for chemo, genetic testing to see why and of this is heriditary so it can possibly said a loved one, none of which were given to my mom.

Top quality diagnostic and chemo treatment (including some radiation therapy) for many cancers. Does not hesitate to refer to more specialized facilities when needed for SBRT or Proton Beam radiations, etc.

I was seen right on time and was treated well by the staff and by the physician.
