Everyone is so kind here and understands how embarrassing it can be to share your breasts with them and a machine, lol. Really, I have my bone scans, and yearly mamograms and lots of MRIs done here and have never been treated with disrespect or frustration. This is my go to place for all that needs done.

Went in for a CT. Everyone was so kind, caring and beyond professional. I was in and out quickly!

I have been using Alamogordo Imaging Center 15 yrs now for mammograms and most recent MRI and will continue as the office staff and xray technicians are very professional and extremely courteous.

The women at the counter are rude. If they dont like their job they should get a new one. They should be terminated. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The doctor was faxing the referral over and Alamogordo had not recieved it yet. A blonde lady asked the dark haired lady is she wanted to call the doctor and check. The dark haired lady with an attitude responded, no, not really! If you dont like helping people you should not be in that career field. They were also saying bad things and making animal noise woof woof, about the staff at Dr. Carrie Parkers office. Then they also went in to talking about taking Xanax. One employee said she was about to take one and she gave her husband one. The appointment was today at 1:45. The appointment was for my disabled mother.

The staff and technician were professional and courtious. I recommend their service to anyone who has needs.

Horrible experience, the day I went in for my appointment, I was told I had to pay 180.00 deductible, I told them I can make payments, they said no, must be full payment and that was discussed when they called me. I never received a call prior to my appointment. The blonde haired receptionist, horrible attitude, cocky, arrogant. Dont care if Im dieing, wont ever go back.

Friendly atmosphere

Short wait time, staff friendly and helpful. Technician for CT Angio was knowledgeable, professional, had excellent technical skills (starting IV, injecting dye) and she explained everything clearly every step of the way.

Very short wait time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only complaint I have is ny test results were mailed in an UNSEALED envelope which tells me they do not take HIPPA very seriously.

First they needed an “order” from my insurance provider. I had it sent over twice and only on the second time did they acknowledge receipt after I called to check on it. Next I happened to mention that I had a previous mammogram years ago to which the front desk lady replied they wouldn’t schedule me an appointment without a records release. So here I am, working full time...my doctor already ordered me a breast ultrasound to make sure something really bad isn’t going on and I’m supposed to drive to opposite end of town while working and trying to raise two kids to now to sign a release which takes up to 2 more weeks for them to receive back before I can even be scheduled. Honestly, at this point, if something is really wrong I just don’t care. The red tape I have to jump through to just get an appointment is ridiculous. They could have seen me and then requested my records instead of making me jump through hoops to get medical care. I’m so frustrated I plan to just change to a different provider because the front staff is impossible to book with. Shame because I don’t doubt that the actual physician is actually decent.

I went to this business 4 times and always had good experience. No billing issues... Friendly staffs and the most important thing is they never run late.

I definitely go back to xRanm for any future ailments. This was a really great experience.
