Scheduled a cleaning & general exam. They were quick to give me an earlier slot when a cancellation occurred. The whole staff was courteous & i was Seen quickly after arriving at my scheduled time. They explained their observations clearly. Overall good experience

My experience was great! This was my first appointment where I didn’t have a babysitter and had to bring my daughter (8months). They really tried to accommodate her so she wouldn’t be upset. They also gave me a ton of information about her dental needs for the future. So many things I never knew about babies/toddlers and their dental hygiene! Great place!

I was really really happy with my appointment. I would like to thank my friend Lisa for telling me about Alamogordo Dental Group. I was complaining to her about how my dentist said when I had my sore tooth that I probably needed a root canal and that I had to go to Las Cruces to get it done. I didnt have time or wanted to go over there. Lisa got me an appointment for a cleaning and while I was there the Dr looked at my tooth and said the cap on the sore tooth wasnt set right and so he filed it down. Said hopefully that was the problem and in a couple weeks. Well the next day it started feeling better and every day the pain is less and less. So no trip to Las Cruces, no root canal and I found a new dentist. Thank you Lisa

I had to chose a new dentist following a move across state and the Alamogordo Dental Group was recommended by a friend at my book club. So glad I took her advice, I had a great visit with them! My teeth are sensitive and I cannot bear the water cleaning device. The dental hygienist (Ashley) was very patient with me and was gentle and thorough! The dentist didn’t spend too much time with me because I didn’t have any cavities, etc., but he was also very nice. I would give them a strong recommendation!!

Friendly sevice, but after hours care is non-existent. Temp crown fell out after 24hrs, I was told by the Dentist to fix it myself.

Called today to create a appointment as a new patient and was able to be seen same day. When I entered the office I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. The staff was very friendly and made the overall experience positive ! Definitely recommend!

This has been my family’s dentist office since I was a teen, and I enjoy taking my daughters to be seen there as well. The staff is always professional and courteous. The place was lovely, and the people seem like they know what theyre doing. Still, I missed ONE appointment (I emailed them and told them I couldnt afford the upfront costs), and they CHARGED ME $300 for missing ONE APPOINTMENT! I already couldnt afford it!I know what their policies are on missing appointments, but this is RIDICULOUS!These ridiculous charges are how they take advantage of people who already cant afford their service. They lost my business.

We have been patients of this dental office for more than 25 years. Always had the best service, pain free, and the nicest people work there. A big shout out to Lisa and Dr. Behrmann.

In town for a month or so. Went in for an implant tightening. They asked for info that required me to call original dentist. Took care of and were able to schedule several cleanings during holidays. Even without insurance, their prices wasnt too bad. Everyone was great and no talking down to you as a patient. Very helpful

Anyway I had two appointments to have a deep cleaning and in the past this is what I would call my favorite thing to do!!!! But my dental hygienist was very sweet and made my experience very nice... Haley if I spelled her name correctly was a very good and very general, she took her time to throughly make sure I was comfortable and at ease . A true and lovely 😊 dedicated professional but went above and beyond any expectations to make sure that I wasn’t in any way uncomfortable. I will recommend her to anyone but she is my go to dental hygienist and now I look forward to my next appointment with her!!! Great job Haley!!!!!
