Tried to make a haircut appointment but never received a call back & when I called a second time to make the appointment I was left on hold for about 7 min so I just hung up & will probably go elsewhere if possible

If you like original haircuts you have to try here. The stylists are wonderful. There is also a quiet service. If you have hair that is more than 8 inches long, you can donate it. A wig is then made and donated to someone who has lost their hair due to illness. Btw I had 14 inches cut.

The woman who cut my hair was sweet as can be, but my hair cut left me devastated and in tears. I had to go to another salon to have it fixed- after leaving the salon with still wet hair I ran my hand through it and chunks of cut hair started falling out. After it dried, there was a NOTICEABLE large chunk of hair missing and shorter than all the rest, and the layers were stair stepped . I hadnt gone in for layers- I had gone in for a very light trim and some thinning out.It took the other salon well over an hour to attempt to repair the damage- but at this point Im not going to get back the over 6 inches of hair that wasnt supposed to be removed. I went from being able to style my hair however I wanted to now not being able to even put it into a pony tail. Im upset and devastated with my experience and wont be coming back.
