Advanced Hearing Care Alamo went out of their way to make sure my daughter was treated compassionately and kindly during her process of receiving hearing aids. The staff all very thorough and helpful. The office environment was always welcoming and friendly.Everyone went above and beyond as far as accommodating schedules and any issues. I would highly recommend Advanced Hearing Care Alamo to anyone needing hearing aids.. In an age where service is not what it used to be Advanced Hearing Care Alamo provides excellent service to the community.

I have hearing aids from another office that have never worked for me. It was so frustrating to not only me but my family.I even stopped wearing them. A friend that also has hearing aids suggested I go to Advanced Hearing Care, he is very happy with them and the service he has gotten from Advanced Hearing Care. I called and made the appointment not sure that they could help me but I was desperate. So my husband and I went.The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and issues with the hearing aids, she explained that I needed to have my hearing aids adjusted. I left the office very happy and could even hear the blinkers in my car!!! Not to mention how happy my husband is that he no longer has to repeat everything to me. I am so happy that I was able to see a doctor that really cares about me and the people I love. I am a patient of Advanced Hearing Care from now on and will tell everyone what a great experience I had.THANK YOU!!

My grandmother went to see Dr. Frost about having her ears cleaned out, when she was called back, Phoebe from Auditory Hearing began testing her hearing, and spent over 2 hours doing so. When asked why she was having her ears tested when she was there to get her ears cleaned they brushed her off. They then proceeded to tell her her current hearing aids arent as nice as theirs and she needed to spend money out of pocket for new ones with them. They told her she needed to come back for a second appointment and to bring her husband to be tested as well. She was finally able to see doctor frost after their extensive testing, but spent well over 3 hours when she didnt even need to be tested for hearing aids again. My grandma felt very much like they were trying to take advantage of her because of her age and are trying to get as much money out of her (and her husband!) As they could when she already has good working hearing aids. Needless to say, she wont be back.

Absolutely love them! Pleasent, knowledgeable and they always make you feel welcome. Any problems Ive had, were immediately corrected. And a super biggie for me... THEY have delt with my insurance company directly and I havent had too!!! I have and will recommend them to anyone!
