Great experience at the Alamo facility all staff From check in to nurses and the doctor were very attentive to my 2 year old son and professional. Nurse Xavier and Christian did an amazing job. Customer Patient satisfaction is very important and they all exceeded in our experience. Literally no wait time my son was assessed and taken care of immediately. Great service and atmosphere! Lady in front was nice and people in the back also! Quick service! Expect a high bill if uninsured like myself but they work with you on payment arrangements which is a plus. Just an ER visit is $3,500. Be mindful of that!

I waited 3 hours for results from labs and the doctor , Dr. Hernandez ,was very rude and didn’t want to answer my questions. He kept on reaching for the door and I literally had to yell to get him to come back into the room. When I voiced how I didn’t appreciate trying to ask him questions about my health and him dismissing them he informed me that he had other patients to attend to (which I guess he forgot I was a patient too.) I get that there are other emergencies but patient care and educating the patient on the medicines they are about to take and the steps they should take to solve the issues they are having should be taken seriously as well. It was as easy as politely saying he would come back or call me to answer any questions I have. I’ve never had such an insensitive Doctor who doesn’t care about every single patient no matter their age or health condition.

Having what you think is mild covid symptoms? DO NOT GO HERE! My husband started to feel worse after being diagnosed with Covid. He was on day 7 and had horrible cough attacks. Since this is the nearest ER and thinking if things were bad, they would transfer him to a bigger hospital, that was not the case. First the doctor confused his blood pressure with his oxygen level then after my husband explained how he felt with his cough attacks, the doctor then says “Well that’s Covid”. He prescribed him azithromycin for 5 days which he had already been on and told him to continue to isolate and take the meds. My husband asked what were the results of his lung xrays and they told him “they were good”. Well….things were not good! If we would have listened to that doctor, my husband would not have made it! I took him to another hospital the next day bc he still felt the same after that visit bc he knew it wasn’t just “Well that’s Covid” and my husband had pneumonia in both lungs and needed supplemental oxygen! 15L to be exact! He is still in the hospital trying to beat Covid going on 6 days now! Instead of trying to hurry up and get patients out and make them feel as if they’re going through the “that’s covid” experience, PAY BETTER ATTENTION TO YOUR PATIENTS NEEDS! We will NEVER return to this ER.

Rushed over to take my aunt and the average time was literally 0 mi.ms, so there was absolutely no wait time. It was as if the personnel was waiting for us to arrive they had everything ready.This facility took all safety precautions necessary and followed CDC guidelines for COVID-19; we really felt safe and at ease. Besides it being a horrible circumstance, we were very fortunate to be helped by such an amazing staff and group of individuals. The patient was amazed by the care and the attention that was given to us.

Well hospitals or er visits are never good, Xavior did everything to make feel comfortable

Last night i went in, my doctor sent me. When i was recieved the nurse right away put me in. When the doctor went in the room he said what was I doing there i told him and he said yes but what do you want me to do. His approach was very rude. But the nurse was great very understanding.

This was our first time to an ER. Horrible experience. Dr. Was not at all concerned for my husbands pain. Dr. Was very rude and would interrupt my husband when he would explain his pain. I don’t recommend this ER. If you want to be taken serious go somewhere else. They also ask you a load of questions of what’s wrong in front of the whole lobby. Seems like HIPPA doesn’t exist here

This hospital is a joke they treat you with no respect make remarks about you & joke about the people waiting in line while their in the back enjoying chisme time. The lady for billing & nurse staff messes this place up starting with nurse esmer or whatever her name is she has glasses with long brown hair in a long ponytail in the front .

The elderly staff was very rude, took my child in and judge me first and said I needed to be a better mother. Really bad experience never coming back here.

Front desk was empty had to call the office number provided on the sths website. Staff very slow for an emergency room. You would have a better chance going to another facility. There is no urgency in this urgent care facility.

They are really nice and professional. They always checked up on me and the patient next to me about every 10-20 minutes providing help against my pain and getting me discharged after a health check

Was feeling really sick and was seen very quickly. Staff was very helpful, attentive, and patient with me. They continuously checked on me to see how I was feeling and did all tests needed as quickly as possible. The male nurse was extremely caring and considerate. The doctor was also very patient and helpful with everything I needed. Ive been here twice and both times were great. No complaints whatsoever. Great job STHS Alamo. Our visit to the ER in Alamo Texas was beyond what we expected. They welcomed us and treated us like family. Nothing but professionalism in how they treated us, presented themselves and they explained what would take place during the visit. Dr. Torres and RN Adriana Milky made us feel comfortable with the treatments that were to be given.

You will get billed for MONTHS afterward, which they automatically send to a collection agency, 85 dollars for pulse oximetry, 850 dollars for ambulance ride from their facility to an actual hospital.

Staff was very attentive upon arrival. ER looked busy and do understand that emergency patients will be taken care of first. I did have to wait for labs and results to come back but it’s expected from an ER. Overall very grateful for the care that was rendered and given. Place is very clean!! Will definitely come back again for treatment if needed.

This place is horrible. I took my parents in because my mom who is 65 wasnt doing so well. I will say the Dr was very helpful and patient. But the old lady working the front desk was extremely rude she was demanding the copay and asking how we were going to pay for it which we did. I guess she thought we wanted some kind of charity from her or something. This place needs better management or for the people in charge of these places take a better look and give better training on how the employees treat the patients.

I can say it was the best experience and I am highly satisfied because of Jose the RN he made my visit the most amazing experience he makes u feel comfortable and will answer any questions you may have.He is very good at informing you on what is going on and is very patient. I am usually a hard person to find a vine on but he did it with out a problem I was very impressed.Thank u to all the staff for making it a pleasant experience

I had some outpatient labs done Friday and lab supervisor Chris Galvan did a great job with my lab draw. He was very kind and professional.Great place to come for outpatient labs.

I am extremely pleased with the services provided at STHS ER Alamo. From the moment I walked in I was given great customer service by the patient technician who listened attentively to my complaint. I was immediately taken to the back & labs were done. Within minutes I saw ER doctor and he and nurse took the best care of me. They made sure my pain was relived and that I understood the purpose of the procedure being done to me. I left with minimal pain and a good understanding of what I had to do next.
