Do not go here what so ever. I went in for a covid test, got there at 8:30 am and did not get treated until 2:30 pm. They say it’s 1-3 days for covid results, however it’s been 4 days. They are a horrible clinic the receptionist was extremely rude when I asked what was the hold up. Do not recommend at all.

I have to take my 5 yr old daughter to the hospital because they failed to do their job! Fax simple orders for an xray but 3 hours later and it still has yet to be done. Im finding a new doctor for my kids asap.

I really love Dr. Samuels. I have been taking my 3 kids since he opened his first clinic in Alamo across from Walmart. However, I am changing doctors since visits have become unbearably long. Spent 3 hours there yesterday. Hope I can find as good a doctor that doesnt take so long.

They open at 8 but doctor doesnt come in till 9, so pretty much just had to sit for an hour. I was the only one there and the doctor still didnt see my daughter till 9:45. Ridiculous, I can understand if there were many other patients waiting, but the fact that I was the only one waiting pissed me off.

I’m honestly the WORST (lots of crying and passing out) when it comes to needles but they treated me like royalty! 10/10

Wrist place... They have you wait one hour just to be called in, then another one in waiting room...

Poor service from staff. They dont know how to receive a patient. The doctor did not even introduce himself as a doctor, he looked like a nurse, he did not say hello, and I was passing out and my husband had to ask him for a glass of water because he did not even attend to me. The other doctor who helps him every time he speaks seems to be reading us a book, I wanted to ask a question and never stopped talking. So I changed Doctor .... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!
