Some challenges with this Park recently but Encore Ownership are beginning to improve issues causing concern. Give this Resort a try, feel you will be happy you did

We have been winter texans at this resort for 13 years. We love the park. The staff are more than helpful. The people are all friendly and fun. If you cant find something to do at this park theres something wrong. there are so many amenities. Cheers!

Very nice friendly. ..very close to all the stores.

We visited this resort for a performance of Bible Alive Theaters musical Isaiahs Christmas. The people were very helpful and accommodating. The play was well attended and the Christmas Story was told with great clarity demonstrating that the birth of Jesus Christ fulfilled several prophecies that were foretold hundreds of years earlier. The stage was a little short and crowded, but it worked well with the help of the good folks at Alamo Palms.

The people here were very friendly and helpful. The park was old and the RV spaces were very small. We felt it was more like a mobile home park with some RV spaces. Very little grass but a nice dog park. Next time in the area we will be looking at other options.

This place and the people are so wonderful that we are making it our new winter home. Staff and residents are very welcoming and there is lots to do.

Ok, but the park is real old. Staff was friendly, but residents werent. If we return, well stay in the McAllen/Mission area, where theres much better shopping and environment.

Great time on there r/c track the people are great and helpful and the RV park looks great will have to talk about staying here next winter

Ok enough is enough no cable OR WIFI and NO one here that knows,what to do. My husband should NOT WITH HIS BAD BACK BE LAYING UNDER OUR UNIT WITH THE PERSON SUPPOSEDLY HERE,TO FIX,PROBLEM STANDING THERE WATCHING .ALSO THE COMPENSATION PROMISED TO NO WAY MAKES THIS SITUATION ACCEPTABLE..WHY CANT THEY GET SOMEONE IN HERE TO FIX ISSUE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHERS HAVING THE SAME ISSUES. AND I AM CONSIDERING STAYING LONGER 👺👺👺💀💀👺👺👺👺👺👺👺👺👺SOMEONE THAT IS A PROFESSIONAL NEEDS TO BE HIRED THAT CAN FIX THIS PARKS WIFI AND CABLE. I WOULD THIS OUR PARK MANAGER SHOULD BE STEPPING UP TO THE PLATE.

Super clean, everyone is so nice.

My wife and I bought a place there. The cable and internet goes out if someone sneezes. Outer confines is pretty scary after the sun sets. Beats a blizzard, but not by much. We sold and went towards Weslaco. You should too. Nuff said.

They call themselves the friendliest park in the valley. Yup! Exemplary staff and service.

Friendly people. Free coffee. Heated pool. Hot tub. Shuffle board. Always clean, activities, and food.
