I researched extensively different care homes memory care facilities and the like before deciding on New Alamo Residence Care Home for my dad. The staff is very friendly, the owner is very friendly and informative. Meeran keeps us up to date on our fathers care regularly. They go out of their way to feed him meals that he enjoys. I wish the circumstances were different and that my father didn’t need their services but I am glad that they are there and are so caring.

This is our second care home for my father.Meeran & Alamo residence was highlyrecommended by a friend. We are so glad wemoved our dad here. Caregivers are really on topof my dads care and they constantly communicatewith us. Finally we have piece of mind and dad is ingood hands. I highly recommend Alamo ResidenceHome

We moved our father here in late March. Instantly we were able to safely spend time with him after a long Covid quarantine. The staff has been wonderful and has been very flexible with his changing needs. Meeran has made our entire family feel welcome, even adding seating for us. The house is very clean and well cared for. There are celebrations for birthdays and holidays that make it feel very homey. Most importantly we feel that our dad is safe and loved when we are not able to be there. Meeran is always a text or phone call away and it’s given us great peace of mind.

The second I was greeted by Meeran and walked into this facility I knew I had found THE place for my uncle. It was everything I was looking for - exceptionally well kept and tasteful facility both inside and out, sparkling clean with a capable and friendly staff. It absolutely felt like a home. Meeran’s commitment to communicating with families is unmatched, she responds quickly and updates regularly. Her experience with hospice is extensive and she provided me with much peace in this difficult time. I cannot recommend Meeran and her facility enough!

I volunteer here with my friend. Meeran, the owner, is very helpful. I do crafts and sit with the senior residents. The nurses are very kind. The environment is peaceful and fun. This is a lovely residence home care center (with a dog!) I guarantee that you and your family will be well taken care of.

This is a lovely residence home care center. I volunteer here twice a week and do crafts with the residence. The environment is wonderful, the staff are kind and always ready to help out where necessary. I have really enjoyed working with Meeran especially, she is a pleasure to be around. Overall, this is an exceptional care center and you can be sure that your loved ones will be looked after.

My Mom has had a comfy room with a patio at Alamo Residence Home for the last 9 months. The staff members have all been wonderful — kind, patient, and attentive. Meeran and the staff are very flexible because they genuinely love their jobs. They arent there just for the paycheck which is noticeable and greatly appreciated. I Recently visited the facility, it is very clean and well run facility. All the caregivers were very friendly and resident seemed happy. I spoke to few residents and they spoke high about the care. Highly recommended.

I had to move my aunt out of her assisted living home after she fell and needed more care. After looking at several places Alamo Residence was recommended by a friend. Meeran was so supportive and recognized the importance of making people feel comfortable until the end of life. She stressed I wouldn’t need to mover her again. Our fathers needs were rather unique and it was a very stressful time for me and my family. Meeran was great, she was more than great, she was amazing. Meeren jumped right in and made the transition from the skilled nursing facility to the New Alamo Residence Home a smooth one despite the poor coordination by the nursing facility. I am very grateful for her help and support right from the start.The staff at the home are kind, caring, and very attentive to our fathers needs. It is comforting to know that our father is in a place that feels very much like home and that he is getting the best care possible.My father will be needing additional surgery in the near future. If required, we will certainly have him stay at the New Alamo Residence. I would give Meeren and her staff 6-stars.

Alamo Residence Home has been a blessing for our family. Our mother has been a resident at Alamo Residence Home for several months and we are grateful that she is being well taken care of and in good health. Meeran S and caregivers have always been attentive and show genuine concern and care for our mom and the residents. Throughout the evolving stages of Alzheimers, the staff has always treated our mom with dignity and respect. The care team has also been receptive to our concerns. Overall, our family is forever thankful that our mom is cared for at Alamo Residence Home.
