Today I had massage from Lisa, in the past outstanding, but today so wrong. Not into it:: bony hands, harsh touch, so not good.I feel ripped off today. Really dont think Ill be back ever again. Looking for new massage therapist as I write this!

Great place for a massage

Had a 60 minute facial with Tammy E. She did an excellent job. Clearly she is very current in her field. She even massaged my feet. A facial that was every bit as relaxing as a full body massage. Best facial that I have ever had in the East Bay (and that would include a fancy day spa in Walnut Creek).The Harbor Bay Business Park is very convenient to the East Bay. Plenty of free parking.I would highly recommend. I have already booked my next appointment, and Ive purchased a gift certificate for my son.

Ive been here several times now, and I love it! If youre looking for a quality massage I would definitely recommend coming here. They actually listen to your needs and make you feel nice and relaxed.

Wow! Mary is amazing. Strong hands and alot of unique techniques for getting out knots and tightness between the shoulder blades. I will book 1.5 hours next time. Beautiful office and nice staff. I got an hour of deep tissue and it wasnt enough!

Saw the groupon and got massage and facial package as s gift for wife. She said massage was great and facial was one of best she has had. She will be returning and has already said I’m getting a massage from here for Father’s Day gift.

This was a great first experience. A little hard to find (its in a large industrial business plaza) but once youre inside its beautiful and spacious, clean and calming. I had a 1-hour Swedish massage with Mikeh who was great. She made me feel super comfortable and really honed-in on my trouble spots, and also gave me some good tips for addressing these tight aches at home between massages. The rooms were very private and quiet with a nice heated table and it smelled good too I am interested next time to do the massage/facial package. Prices are super reasonable and there is a yelp Groupon for 75$ worth of services for just 50$. I will definitely be back again

Called to book a therapeutic massage and they wouldnt schedule without an appointment and approval from their acupuncturist??!!..........and they dont accept insurance, seriously? Buh bye!

This place is a joke. My husband bought me a Groupon for a one-hour massage as a gift last year, and when I called to book an appointment, they told me that I would not be able to use the value of the Groupon because I had gone there before. That was fine. I was told that I could use the cash value of the Groupon for a future appointment.Fast forward a few months later, I made an online appointment for a massage. I noted in my appointment that I had a face value of a certain amount from the Groupon that I would be using towards this appointment. Today, a little more than 24 hours for my appointment, I get a phone call from Body Techniques (now Bespoke Wellness), telling me that I cannot use the value of the cash value of the Groupon at all, because I’ve been there before and have used a groupon.This was a gift for my husband. I had no control over where or how this gift came from. We have both gone there as full value customers as well, in addition to using one prior Groupon. I was told by Body Techniques during a prior conversation that I would be able to use the cash value of the Groupon, which my husband had paid monetary value for. Now I am being told that I cannot use it at all, so basically we are out the value that my has been paid for this coupon.They have just lost two customers. We will never go back to body techniques ever again. The massage therapists have no control over their policies, but we have been made to feel like less than valued customers. Bye.
