Theyve always done a good job here, but I have a big problem with the old guy that runs it. Hes aways there micro-managing the workers, bossing them around. I dont know how they put up working there. Ill probably never go there again.

Love Vickis Nails. Theyre break out clean, sealed tools for every client, use liners in foot spas, take temperatures of every guest, and ask people to sanitize their hands. Highly recommend.

I did a facial and it was ok. I paid 80 but she did not do any pore extraction and that is what I asked for. Today I came to get my hair done with an appointment and they tell me they dont have the color. I was not asked what color I wanted nothing. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. DO GET UR NAILS DONE BUT DO NOT GET A FACIAL OR HAIR DONE HERE.

Really bad experience im very disappointed. They made me wait @ the table 20min!. She kept over filing my nails to a burn! And check for your self the finished work...😒 sorry Annie but not happy with my nails. I pointed the mistakes and she said; I followed you cuticle your nail is crooked 😵 not cool. Ive included pics but they keep rejecting them.

Ive been going here every 3 weeks or so for over 2 years. I get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I have one technician I always use, but I wont mention her name because I dont want her to get too busy! No--if you go you need to find the one best for you.Theyve been voted Best Nail Salon in Alameda because they DESERVE it. Plain and simple.

Great place for a wax, pedicure and manicure. I like at Bay have organic nail polish. But atmosphere is very relaxing and friendly people

This place is not honest because they add secret fees to the service they do. The price they advertised isn’t what they end up charging. And the quality of they’re work is less than worthy of your money. My nails had bubbles it’s horrible!! GO TO ‘CLASSY NAILS’ on Park Street. They’re EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT at working with nails and treat they’re clients like they want them to return.

I love this place! Everyone is sweet and remembers you with a smile. Nice long pedicures too. Facials eyelashes waxing and hair. I have done all but hair.

We had a 3:30 appt and they sat us right away. We had the special pedicure and it was delightful!! The special pedicure is a series of steps that leave your feet and legs feeling moisturized, smooth, and refreshed without feeling intrusive. It even includes hot towels! I appreciate that after they paint your nails they use polish remover and a brush to remove any stray polish!

When the going for a haircut, ask for Lee. They do a pretty good job assuming there is no one behind you waiting for a haircut. One of the ladies (not Lee) will rush through your cut as fast as possible if someone is waiting behind you. Gave me a 5min (no exaggeration), low quality cut.Lee has always done a great job, and seems to actually care about the quality of get work. Great value for a $12 haircutUPDATE: Lilly also does a great job. She works weekends. Recommend

This shop is good enough if you just want to get your nails done and dont care about anything. Their pedicures are cold, except for the water you soak your feet in. Most of the people that work there are nice, but also, nothing spectacular.

Quick, affordable, and sanitary. Special attention is paid to treating and preventing ingrown toenails.

Depending on who services you, this place can either be great or not. I have my share of both. But Im going to leave this, if they tell you your nail is crooked because of your finger, dont believe them!

This place is a mess. POOR quality, people do not understand English which leads to a bad communication and bad job. Lily the hair stylist left my son crying, the hairdresser did not do the right haircut. My husband decided to give them a second try and went there to do his haircut on Octiber 28, 2018 . The same hairdresser left him completely bold. My husband was soooo mad. He asked her What did I do to you that you made me bold? she could not answer, because she does not speak English very well. Her assistant was laughing so loud. This is ridiculous, If you cant perform your job well, do not do haircuts. The manager blamed my husband and defended that unprofessional hairdresser. This is the worse place ever.

Not impressed. Bummer bc this is within walking distance from my house. The woman I had did a pretty shotty job on my pedicure.. color is not even and is up on my skin. I had gel done previously and she took it off with a tool that completely stripped my toe nails and they feel raw and thin. The massage lasted about 30 seconds on each leg and she honestly looked completely miserable. Will not be returning.

I always get my eyebrows done there and they always end up being PERFECT!!!! five stars! I recommend tina for eyebrow waxing and for nails, anyone works because they always are done so nicely, anyways i recommend vickis nails for eyebrow waxing and its only 10$.
