From the receptionist staff to the imaging (Rob), and the radiologists reading the reports, they are timely and ready to help in any way possible! I have never been so embarrassed at an office. After sitting in the waiting room for over an hour, they informed me that despite being cleared by the drs office, they could not do my mri because I was not 14 days clear of a positive Covid test. I had done my quarantine told to me by two different drs offices but their policy is 14 days. I get everyone has a policy but I specifically talked to the girl at the front and she said it was all fine so I waited for my turn. As I have changed and am getting ready, I hear the male technician loudly say they have a patient who tested positive for Covid on such and such date. Not only did he say this once, but he did this twice. If you have ever been in this office, you know that you can hear everything in the waiting room that is said on the other side of the door. Now I had to walk back through the waiting room full of people as if I had done something wrong. If I didn’t need this mri ASAP, I would happily choose another facility. I followed the protocol from my dr and while I now know theirs is different, they had no business allowing other people to know my business. I will definitely be choosing somewhere else once I get my mri next week. Very disappointed because I had always trusted this office.
