The over all experience was comprehensive. I felt that the areas of concern where met with a comprehensive plan on receiving a baseline on my current health while developing a plan going forward. The coordination of each expert was executed accurately and politely by receptionist and medical assistants. Each expert I met with was empathetic and authentic in my struggle. Wonderful experiences.
The tech I had was very rude because I couldnt adjust to the 1st cpap she put on me then she was scrubbing the gel on so hard I have a sore on my face just being very rude basically didnt want to work and was acting some what racists as well ms. Marcia needs to show a little more respect and compassion in that field especially as a older women
Tried for 6 months to get an appointment. Had to reschedule 3 times. 3rd time I told them to forget it.
