I have worked professionally with Ashley Courtheyn who is a Hospice Care Consultant with Elara and she is a great asset for me! My company BlueDot Cares provides Senior Home Care and Ashley is always very quick to respond with any questions I have. Ive met with several team members for Elara and they are all very courteous and professional - I highly recommend this company for your familys needs!
Would NOT recommend this Hospice. Does not come prepared to care for patients. Re-dresses wounds with dirty bandages. Uses packing tape to dress wounds because the hospice nurse did not have proper equipment available. TERRIBLE.
Absolutely wonderful company with caring, knowledgeable staff. We have used GLC for many of our residents needs in assisted living. Highly recommend!
