They are doing a tremendous job with our 6th grade basketball team. I highly recommend this gym. Amazing people.

If youre like me and hate commercial gyms, full of the mirror selfies and douche canoes this is the gym for you. A great facility with a variety of programs to try for all fitness levels and interests. These guys know what theyre doing. If youre willing to put in the work this is the place to get results.

I really like the 24-hour accessibility of this place. But, my favorite aspect is the variety of equipment they offer. They have hardcore powerlifting aparatus, circuit training options, a huge variety of dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands, and lots of choices for cardio machines. Ive been a member for a little over a year, and I still havent tried everything out(and they continue to add equipment regularly).

These guys are the real deal and highly trained to pass on knowledge for all aspects of exercise and training. All ages and all walks of life.
