Office is very negligent and too busy to care for their patients. Follow up is non-existent and wrong information given when you call.My regular doctor send them my blood work for them to review and they kept saying that they had not received it.It turned out that they never bothered to look in my chart. (It was 3 weeks)

My experience with Dr. Mills was great! He sat down and talked with me one on one for at least 40 minutes probably more. He came in the room with knowledge of who I was even though he had never met me. He had already looked at my labs and ultrasound prior to the appointment so I did not have to explain why I was there. He took the time to explain my diagnosis and left plenty of opportunity to ask questions. He explained everything in a way that I could understand and even drew pictures while talking which is great for us visual learners. He literally went over every single test that I had done prior to the appointment. I did not once feel like he was rushing to get through the appointment and I did not once feel that he was talking down to me. He even offered for me to send a message on MyChart once I left to ask questions I may not have thought of during the appointment. He also gave me helpful brochures/articles pertaining to my diagnosis for me to take home. Just all in all a great doctor.

Had no interest in helping me. as soon as he walked in the room the first thing he said was theres no way then basically threatened me with a rectal exam because it was necessary to determine if I needed hormone replacement therapy. Hes a POS person and a POS doctor stay away

Just another case of the system. We are not taking new patients, could you imagine how many people would just walk in if we did. Actual words told to me by the office. This is a specialist the average person is not just walking in here. Ive been with another endocrinologist for a few years in cleveland, not happy with them would like to find one closer to home, but I need referrals, notes and Dr. reports. Just want to see a Dr. To see if they can help me get better.

He is very helpful and concerned. He listens to what you tell him.

He the best Dr. Ive been too. He spends time with his patiyents. No rushing you out the door. Id recommend him to anyone.

HE IS A GREAT DOCTOR ,KIND, and Caring . He got me off prednisone that was destroying me .

Great Doctor. Spends time with you, listens to you and is very thorough when he explains things to you also.

Terrible doctor. Does not follow through on appointments; failed to send prescriptions as promised; it takes more than ten minutes just to get ahold of a human being in his office. A poor choice.
