Aaron was VERY helpful. We lost power late last night, left a voicemail and he called back as soon as he could early this morning. He came out to investigate the issue. He told us it was an Ohio Edison issue that they would need to come out and replace the wires. He was very kind and made the call for us to get us squared away. Ohio Edison came out and fixed the issue. Aaron was very kind to steer us in the right direction without charging us. I will definitely recommend ANR in the future and will be calling when we have other electrical needs.

Hired to work for them and the owner refused to pay the bill though he knew the price and wanted us to do the work

Crew of two men spent about a day and a half adding outside lights and some inside lights to our 4 year old home. They did a great job with fit and finish of new fixtures. No drywall repair was needed. As with any project some mess is inevitablely made. They cleaned up after the work was completed. I would have them back out to work on. Our home again when needed. CALLED COUPLE OTHER COMPANIES AND PRICE WAS A WAY LESS FOR SAME JOB(BLIND&SONS $2300 ... MR ELECTRIC OF CLEVELAND AROUND $2700 ) ...WOULD NEVER EVER CALL OR USE CHRIS (ANR ELECTRIC ) ... WOULD GIVE ZERO STAR IF CAN

Found these guys on Angies List. Had them do 2 separate electrical jobs for me. Very flexible with scheduling for estimates and doing the work. On time for all scheduled work/start times. One time they did have to start later but communicated that to may way in advance. Both estimates they cleared with their inspector to make sure all items would be up to code. Worked very efficiently with little to no interruptions while I was at home. Also did excellent job cleaning up after their work. I will use again and would recommend them to anyone for electrical work.

I had what I thought was a small problem at my home which ended being a bigger problem than anticipated. They responded with a can do attitude and worked diligently for two days to rectify the problem. Dennis proved to be the consummate Pro!
