TERRIBLE! If I could give no stars I would. Just rude soon as your walk in the door. The receptionist needs another job cause she’s the worst. She broke everything about HIPPA that there is to break. I would never walk into that establishment ever again.

Mendise and Monte are great. Mendise is to the point and helps calm anxieties with logic, with as an anxious person, I really appreciate. He always makes time for questions. I met Monte during a miscarriage in the ER and 3 years later he ended up delivering my daughter. He’s great with his patients.The OFFICE STAFF IS TRASH. They are unprofessional and have caused me to have ptsd from their errors. I had to argue with one of them to get my medical records when Mendise specifically told me to have them printed. She made a scene about how I was lying because they “don’t do tha. They do. I left with the records after holding up a whole line of women. She didn’t kept bullying me saying I would make her interrupt the doctor to prove i was making it up and tried to embarrass me into leaving without my records. There are about 2 nice members.

I had a high risk pregnancy and the doctors, nurses, and all other staff were extremely welcoming, warm, kind, went above and beyond to make sure my unborn baby and I were well taken care of. Very thorough.

Dr. Drummond-Ray was excellent, but it was very hard to schedule an appointment with her. As a result, I was scheduled with doctors who didn’t know me and didn’t provide adequate care. No one examined me.I was not advocated for at this business by any of the medical staff. I received no access to resources, or even empathy for that matter. I would get test results to MyChart, and never received a phone call explaining what the results meant. When I reached out with questions, I never got a call back.I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for an OB/GYN or trying to start a family.

I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism by a medical staff. I am very particular about the way I am cared for when dealing with my health. Neglect and poor customer service frightens me and will completely turn me off from receiving services in the health field. With that being said, I am newly pregnant and wanted to go to Paragon because my mother who is a nurse has worked with this practice during her pregnancies and deliveries. She as well can attest to the terrible service and treatment I received and was highly disappointed.First off, it was my 1st time ever calling and booking an appointment with Paragon and the customer service rep Jenna told me my SSN was in use by someone else and she couldn’t change it... initial red flag. So Jenna goes on to schedule an appointment for me anyways and sends me the info to complete MyChart registration. Well because my SSN was “being used by another patient” I couldn’t register in MyChart or sign in to my appointment. Jenna told me if the MyChart registration didn’t work that Dr. Rhee would call me for the appointment over the phone. I did not receive a call from her at all. I called Paragon back and spoke with another customer service rep who was able to set up my SSN and MyChart properly, but by the time I was able to be logged in Dr. Rhee was already working with another patient. I was told that I could schedule another appointment with Dr. Rhee at 3:30 the same day which I was happy about because I needed to get in ASAP for my pregnancy. Well I waited for over 20 minutes for her to join the video call...she didn’t even have the courtesy to have someone reach out to let me know she would be late. I left the call because 20 minutes is absolutely too long to be waiting without any knowledge of what’s going on and at that point it became a complete inconvenience. I later got an email from the doctor saying I left the appointment without being seen as if their unprofessionalism was my fault. The least I could’ve gotten was an apology for taking advantage of my time and health and an offer to reschedule at my earliest convenience. I am completely uninterested in receiving care from this practice and do NOT recommend any expecting mothers to come here if they’re seeking proper care and respect during their pregnancies.

I will not be staying my wife’s name for this but she just had an extremely terrible experience. She was told she would not need a cervical check until she is 40 weeks, no big deal that works for us. She was seen today and Dr. Mendise decides to pressure her into doing one because he is the doctor and that is what he decided needs to be done despite the fact other doctors said there is no problems and she can wait. So forcing this upon my wife when she already feels uncomfortable this late in the pregnancy was a bad call. Now she’s bleeding, feels horrible and is trying extremely hard to reschedule with other doctors. Consider yourself lucky I wasn’t there because I would have thrown you out of that office. I will be at every appointment from now on to prevent these unqualified so called Doctors from pushing their POWER over people.Avoid Dr. Mendise if at all possible. Clearly on a power trip and not considerate of his patients.

This used to be wonderful practice, but after summa took over they’ve gotten worse and worse. Takes days just to get a response back from doctor even about serious medical issues. You’re forced to use a call center who regularly do not convey the correct message to the doctors. Last week their entire phone system was down for half the day. Will not come her for my next pregnancy, terrifying thought.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Wait times could be better. I make an appointment for a certain time for convenience, especially if going to work after and I always have to wait for at least a half hour before being seen, sometimes more. I understand things come up, especially when dealing with pregnant women but its every appointment. Other than wait times, this is my 5th and out of the few offices I have tried, Paragon will forever be my OB.

As everyone else said, great medical staff. Foul office staff. The women who answer the phone here are ungodly rude. And if you speak to them in the same tone as they are you, they’ll just hang up on you after waiting on hold for as long as you just did.

Overall, I did not find this to be a pleasant experience. The initial appointments no one listened to what we were telling them and had to repeat the same things over and over again. It was like they didnt record information on the computer. Anytime assistance was needed, depending on who answered the phone, what answer you are given. Took an entire week to get a doctors note. One person said they would email, one person said it would be in my chart, one person said you have to come in to get it. The first midwife we saw was rude and didnt encourage breastfeeding enough. Office never had anything we needed, for example pamphlet for hospital visits. We were always told to look on my chart. When asked what was the late night telephone number to call if we went in labor, the response was, the doctor should have given it to you. No complaints about the doctor except, she didnt deliver the baby and never called or anything to see how we were doing.

I have been seeing this office for over a year, including during my first pregnancy. I absolutely love Dr. Monte and Dr. Mendise. Dr. Monte takes his time to address every concern I have, and never makes me feel bad for having several questions. Dr. Mendise delivered my son in December after I had a hemorrhage in my brain, and made me feel so safe and secure during my c-section. I will never go anywhere else!

Doctors are great if you can make it past the extremely rude office staff.

They were polite and kind. Very thorough tested me for everything. Was very expedient with getting me into surgery soon as they could and was great with my after care. Great doctors and staff. Im very thankful. I was suffering with endometriosis hyperplasia for several years until I went there.

Love Dr. Pedersen but the nurse line is awful to get through to and they dont return messages on my chart some of the staff is rude and not very helpful at all.

Extremely unhelpful office. I suffer from chronic yeast infections and it took them 80 hours to write a diflucan prescription (and only one pill!!) even with me calling daily to let them know I can not walk, sleep, or work. I had to call my PCP eventually who wrote the prescription immediately. They also refused to send a prescription out of state while I was on vacation. Dealing with them had always been a hassle. Im glad I found my new OBGYN.

I had a great experience. Friendly Dr. and staff.
