The family doctors are ok in this building but if you try to get a app. if your sick it not easy. I could not get in all summer 2021 and I was sick two times. But doctor Duggal nice.I was seeing doctor Jackson as a new doctor but she left so they gave me doctor duggal and today was the first time seeing here in 6 months. I like akron General hosptal but not the system they need to get there act together. I know it all about covid and I dont like it. And the sad thing is I dont have a doctor I can depend on it scary times.

NOTE: This is specific to the facility, not the doctor. Appointments seem to carry no weight at this facility. Extremely long wait times beyond scheduled appointment times. Highly recommend not using this facility if you work or cant sit in a waiting room for hours beyond your scheduled appointment.
