This was my first spa experience and because of the excellent service from the entire staff that I came in contact with , it wont be my last. The staff was very attentive and very good in the services they provided. The Atmosphere was very clean and sterile , they followed all the current guidelines , to a temperature reader located at the entrance my only regret is that they book up fast , so I was not able to to go the same day with a friend . I shall plan more of these spa days with my girls, cousins and my mother. Great Job Guys! Keep up the good work!!!!

I went in for the wanderlust massage for my birthday and Vanessa did an excellent job! She was also great to talk to, very personable and funny too! The spa was very clean and relaxing. I’ll definitely be back for more services in the future!

I spent the afternoon with my daughter and soon to be daughter-in- law for a very relaxing, pampered girls day out. The service was great, Hallie was especially attentive.

Inside is in poor condition. They ask if you are vaccinated which is a violation of your right to provide health information. Not the same experience post covid.

This spa was absolutely gorgeous and had a beautiful minimalist type style. Very relaxing waiting area prior to your treatment. The staff were very nice and welcoming. You can sip on some drinks and enjoy a cozy waiting room area with relaxing music in the background. The changing area/locker room was clean and nice. The robes were super comfy as well. I had Alexandra as my massage therapist and she was seriously awesome! I highly recommend this spa. It is also tucked away in a beautiful and scenic area.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful first time experience at this day spa. Elizabeth went out of her way to accommodate us with our day and time preference. She was fantastic! We both felt like we were at a resort on vacation. Everything was clean and super relaxing. We especially enjoyed the complimentary cheese plate, dessert and mimosas. We appreciate everything from your staff and will definitely be back again. Thank you!!

Suzette does an amazing job on lashes, and is so gentle, soothing, and accommodating!! Shes wonderful! Ive also had some excellent massages at Yellow Creek, and a great peel!!

The Spa at Yellow Creek is the spa to visit! The treatments they offer are very unique. I had the best facial of my life which was customized to my specific needs, and the Carita products are amazing.The entire staff was professional and attentive. I left feeling that I was very well cared for. I will recommend The Spa at Yellow Creek to all of my visiting friends and I look forward to returning soon!

I hesitate to write a good review for this place because I dont want it to get too busy, but I have to give credit where credit is due. The relaxation room and the staff who provide service to it are wonderful. I would pay just to sit in there. They keep you stocked on mimosas, charcuterie, and tea/coffee. For my birthday, they brought me a piece of cake. :) The room has comfortable loungers, soft music, and plenty to read. I never feel rushed like I did at Spa Walden or Marios. They could definitely get more money out of me if they added a hot tub, but I will be back regardless.

Most importantly it seems very clean.The nail techs do a wonderful job. A lot of attention to detail and have all been very friendly.Plus, champagne and chocolate?!Worth the price for this experience.

The Spa at Yellow Creek is the best spa in town. Yes the Spa is known for its impeccable customer service, friendly smiling faces all willing to please and help, and wonderful spa services. But the Spa has something absolutely no one else has. They have Aaron Leff. Aaron is so much more than a masseuse, and you wont understand until he has worked on you also. This man and his ability to make everything feel better are nothing short of miraculous. I mean it. Go in with whatever ails you: neck, back, hip. He will fix you and then youll be writing a review like this!!

It was my first experience there today and it was just perfect. They had me in for a massage the same day, all the staff members were very friendly and professional, Stephanies deep tissue massage was amazing, all my tensions are gone . They brought me mimosa and snacks after the massage. I highly recommand that place. I will be back for sure within a month.

I got myself a gift a month ago. Pricy but worth every penny. I wish it was a man to do me a massage, but the girl was OK too. I will go again!

Less then 1 Star if they would allow it. Trying to book a full day for 3 women and Josh had a bad attitude and was extremely rude. Will enjoy our spa day elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst in the area. I have given this day spa (if that is what you want to call it) many chances. The last is my final. The massage therapist smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I swear she just put out a cigarette before she began my massage. This was disgusting. There is no private place to change unless you want to change in the shower or bathroom stall. What spa has this set up? The hallway is way too open to the public. Not a comfortable environment at all. This is truly a place to avoid! I will only write a review if a place has issues, to warn the public. This is one to warn people.

Ive been visiting the Yellow Creek Spa for many years. The employees, therapists and treatments - from the mani / pedi, to facials and massages are top notch. I am there monthly and feel the service is consistently wonderful. I travel to many large cities in the US and in Europe and believe YCS to be as good as most. Its clear that the therapists are well trained and educated in their area of expertise.An area to improve upon is to add small tables by the chairs in the relaxation room and offer a better selection of magazines.Regarding the owner, he is perhaps the most highly-regarded OBGYN surgeon on North East Ohio.Dana Schindlerlong-term client
