I have had bad dental experiences in the past. Dr. Smith does a great job creating a calm, low stress environment. Leslie is simply wonderful, very personable and makes me feel like She truly cares about my well being. Hygienist Ashley did my cleaning and exam virtually pain free, left my tth feeling super clean. Kris and Angie up front greeted me and made me feel welcome. When I left they were very efficient and friendly. Overall experience was pleasant.

Ive gone to Dr. Smith and Dr. Gheri. Both locations are wonderful. The staff is polite and courteous. Excellent follow through!!! I even asked for directions to Get Go because I desperately needed air and they helped me find it!! Im older and the teeth are failing so extraction time may be tricky but they will help me work it out. Im very satisfied with them

I can’t express enough how wonderful this staff is at this location. Every single person here from hygienist to the wonderful Dr. Smith. Comfortable staff to be with. So caring. I’ve known them for many years. I got tears in my eyes when I left. It’s like family. Wonderful people. They had to move cause the mall closed. I hope they get many new patients. Keep the old. Friendly and professional staff. Sometimes going to the dentist feels a bit like going to a deli and taking a paper number from the roll, the staff is just trying to get to the next person and make a profit. Here they took their time with me, listened to my concerns and didn’t try to up-sell unnecessary treatments. I had no issues so I was in and out pretty fast. This office seems like a great choice for families.

This is the worst experience ever, horrible in the true sense of the word, the worst dentist, they only care about paying, whether before you go to the doctor or after you get out.. just pay pay. I went to another clinic after I completely lost my dental insurance. Surprisingly, the current dentist told me that my teeth needed everything again. I wish there was less than one star.. they deserve less than talking about them. PLEASE think before...

Great Expressions is awesome. I wasnt sure if I could keep my appt because of insurance and their front desk offered to call for me to save me the phone call. I have extreme sensitivity and the hygienist goes out of her way every time to make sure Im OK and cater to my needs. The dentist takes time to see us each time we come in, hes never too busy to be part of the check up. In short I love the experience from arrival to checkout and would recommend the. To anyone!!!!

Dr. Aswad and Ebony at the Tallmadge location were absolutely amazing during my recent procedure and I am SO happy with the results!! All of the staff are friendly and able to answer any questions and put your mind at ease. I highly recommend this location!

That was the worst experience I have EVER had at a dentist! My jaw is still locked 3 weeks after the dentist over used the numbing medicine. He jammed the needle so far up that I have had a pressure point headache on my temple ever since. They hustled me for money to clean up behind me every trip...$30 a pop and they insisted that I paid in full for the crown even though I had to wait 3 weeks to come back. I felt completely hustled. I never received a temporary crown. The pain was off the charts. It was so bad that I had to come home and go straight to bed with asprin and an Ice pack. I cancelled that sorry Humana insurance that sent me there. I will NEVER go to a franchise again for professional denistry, EVER!

I went to Great Expressions in Chapel Hill for a second opinion because I was told by Aspen Dental that I had 8 cavities that magically came about over 6 months... Great Expressions thoroughly reviewed my X-rays and examined my mouth, and yes I do have some work that needs done but nothing too crazy. Mainly a couple old cavities that need fixed. Everyone at Great Expressions was super friendly and helpful, I really appreciate their help!

Very impressed by friendliness of staff, clean and pleasant facility, and the dentist seemed concerned with my overall physical health and prioritized treatment plans to be the safest for me. Very knowledgeable and took his time to explain things to me. Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. This was probably the first dental experience I could actually call positive! I’ve had very good dentists and other dental specialists in the past, but I had very minimal anxiety, at most, about simply being at the dentist’s office - which I don’t know of ANYONE that relishes the time spent in a dental facility.

All I have to say is WOW!! I never ever leave reviews for any company, so this is a big deal. I am so impressed with the way that everyone made me feel like I was part of their family! The dentist, the assistants, everyone was very informational on my new patient visit! My feelings towards going to a dentist office has done a complete 180 because I feel so comfortable with this super crew! I highly recommend this dental center!

The office staff was phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel so welcomed. The doctor took his time with bonding my chipped front tooth. He even made my tooth look less crooked. The prices are very reasonable. I highly suggest this office to anyone looking to get dental work!

Everytime I have went here, the staff has been more then accommodating. Everyone here is so friendly and they really make you feel like a person not just an insurance claim..The receptionist is always wearing a smile and greets you with a friendly hello..and if you dont have insurance and are in a pinch they can still help you. The dentist always explains things in terms I can understand. Great place. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here for a few years and I love the office ladies here Amanda and Chris! They are always so pleasant to work with as well as all of the assistants. I feel like I am family when I come here and I am very picky when it comes to be and my daughters care but so far I have no complaints. I just met the new dentist whom I was very skeptical about initially but she has a great bedside manner and is very professional. My daughter is blessed to have the best orthodontist , Dr. Halgarth, working with her and her braces-the difference in her smile has been astonishing! We are very happy with the service here and highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to receive excellent dental care!

I had a cleaning and exam done recently and I would say did not have the best experience. I felt judged right off the back and honestly made me feel as though I did not want to return for anymore services. The only thing that is keeping me from going anywhere else is the receptionist staff. Those two ladies are great and have been wonderful from the day I walked myself in the front door to this office years ago. So I thank them!

I was as very nervous about getting my check up and teeth cleaning, but as soon as I walked in and sat down in the chair my hygienist Jamie was very upbeat and helped me to relax! My exam went well, and I left office feeling a lot better!

I was nervous because it was my first time going here. Once I arrived, I was not nervous at all. I was made to feel very comfortable. Everyone at the facility was very polite and explained things to me as they went along. No complaints here.

I was sent to this location from my previous usual office. I went in simply to get my retainers adjusted/tightened & they basically did everything but. Two doctors both looked at my teeth & were pushing a bunch of different unecessary options towards pulling my two front teeth closer together without having to have the retainers. The one female doctor suggested drilling my two perfectly healthy front teeth to put fillings in. The second doctor suggested a fixed/permanent retainer, which I said I may consider, so I was sent up to get pricing & the assistant took a couple minutes looking through a book to find the price & was back & forth between $400 & $600, then finally said “We’ll go with the $400. It’s $400.” She wasn’t even sure of the price, she just seemed to have pulled the number randomly from the book, without even being sure. I was given recommendation at my last office for the same thing, which was only priced at $280. When I got in my car & put my retainers in, I realized they were never even tightened, which is what the whole visit was intended for in the first place. I won’t recommend this location to anyone, & I won’t be going back. Waste of time.

Love the staff! Have been a patient here for 16 years. Only negatives: The new ownership has done away with the forever white program that I bought. Secondly, it was time for my 5 year exrays (15 of them). The sensor on the equipment is poorly designed and is quite uncomfortable. But hey, once every 5 years tolerating it isnt bad. Maybe the equipment manufacturer might have designed a better, comfortable, sensor. Love coming here...will continue.

Fast friendly service. Had a 4pm appointment and was in at 4pm. Cleaning, xrays and check up with dentist and on my way home before 5pm.

Their orthodontic finance person just lost this location thousands of dollars, my federal dental coverage covers adult orthodontia but she claims it doesn’t so my coworker who is an adult with braces same coverage, sent me to her orthodontist and it’s covered. I don’t have time to fight with their financial department.
