I’ve been seeing Lauren throughout the years at her different places of employment but she has exceeded expectations and done the most beautiful job with Social House Studio! The environment is so welcoming from the minute you walk in and it is the perfect place to actually unwind and relax. You’re always treated like an old friend catching up while maintaining such a level of professionalism; same goes for chats with all of the stylists I’ve experienced in passing while being at the salon. Highly recommend Lauren for her talent but also highly recommend social house studio for the experience. It’s beautifully done and you won’t regret spending an afternoon here!!

Mandi is literally the BEST hairstylist and colorist to go to in all of Ohio. I’ve never once seen them put out something that isn’t pure art. I mean, just LOOK at what they did to my head 😍 She’s so friendly, funny, accommodating and kind. All around a blast to be around. She always knows what’s best for your hair, and leads you to the best head of hair of your life. 🤩 insanely talented and skilled at coloring, especially blonding and fashion colors. If you love having fun, feeling good, and having amazing hair, go to Mandi. She’s the best. 🥰💛

I get my haircut by Hannah and she always impresses me! She’s always running on time and is extremely professional while being really friendly and easy to talk to. She always does great job and gives great advice on how to care for MY specific hair because all hair is different. 10/10 would recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Hannah!!! She was so welcoming and genuinely listened to what I wanted! She darkened my hair and waxed my eyebrows and she is the first person who has been able to give me the chocolate color I wanted! 10/10 would recommend this salon and Hannah!

Brittany is WONDERFUL!! She helped me figure out that my frizzy annoying hair actually had a little curl in it, helped me pick the right products to use, and taught me how to use them. Now I can wear my natural hair without feeling self conscious about all the frizz. All of this on top of the amazing quality of the work she does. I’ve gone to her for several haircuts and just got my hair balayaged pink, the professionalism is unmatched and the quality of her work is absolutely stunning. I’ve never felt happier and more confident, I absolutely recommend Brittany to anyone looking for a stylist!! :)

I went here for the first time about a month ago. I had a great balayage session with Hannah. We lightened my brown hair for a “summertime Cali blonde.” However, after my first hair wash, my hair had turned to a brassy yellow-ish hue (I would like to add that I use a color safe shampoo and conditioner that is meant to prolong and protect lightened hair). There was a visible horizontal straight line between my brown roots and the bleached hair. This had also happened while I was at the salon, but Hannah quickly retoned and corrected it. Hannah said that she was having trouble with the specific root tap and toner she used on me with other clients as well. She told me she would reach out to Redken to let them know.I was able to get an appointment with her again the following week, and she corrected my hair perfectly. She agreed that my hair looked bad and that she had no idea why it happened. It was something she had never seen before. However, by the next week, my hair had reverted back to a brassy, streaky mess.I reached out to Hannah for a second touch-up, and while she was willing to fix my hair, the blame quickly fell on me. I’ve had multiple hand-painted balayages in the past, and I have never had any issues. I am a very active person with thin hair, so I wash my hair everyday/every other day. I’ve never had any issues with this wash schedule and my lightened hair, so I was shocked when Hannah told me that I was in the wrong for that. She also told me to wash my hair only a few times a week in cold water, not lukewarm. I was never told any of this at the salon for my first appointment, so I wondered why I was being told this only now.For my second touch-up appointment, Hannah made sure that I knew this would be the last time she would fix my hair for free. I completely agree and cooperate with this; I understand how expensive it can be! I wouldn’t need all of these appointments, however, if my hair had held its value. I would’ve gotten it fixed somewhere else, but I did not want to pay $300+ when I had just paid that two weeks ago for the same balayage.At the salon, Hannah treated me very poorly. She slopped dye on my head and forehead and made a point to wash my hair in icy cold water (after telling me not to use warm water on my hair anymore). I felt very disrespected and like I was being judged the whole time. The worst part however, was that my hair wasn’t fixed and still isn’t to this day. I calmly and respectfully told her that I did not feel she solved the problem. To be fair, it does not look as bad as it did, but she didn’t retone my hair so there is a stark contrast where my brown hair ends and where my yellow-blonde hair begins. It looks like grown out highlights and as if I got my hair done 3 months ago, not last week. She told me that she didn’t see what I was saying, but that she would reach out to me to make an appointment (that I would pay for).I hate that I am leaving such a poor review for this salon, but I feel that people should know what they are getting themselves into. I have yet to hear from Hannah to make an appointment, but I don’t think I will be going back here. I hope no one has to experience what I did, or else they’ll be looking for a new salon very soon.
