I always schedule my appointments ahead of time to ensure they are able to fit me in their busy schedule and I love letting Tes pick out my colors 😊 These are two of the most recent dip manicures Ive had and theyre the best!

New Owners and it SHOWS! Hands down the best pedicures I have ever had - they actually massage!! I am a powder/dip girl and since coming to them, they dont lift and I can easily get a good three weeks out of each manicure. Everyone is so nice and welcoming! With all of the salons in our area, this one is hands down the best!

I love this place! Lucky and Tess are so professional and really go out of their way to accommodate their clientele. The salon is very clean and all of the equipment is sanitized between clients. I have been to many many nail salons, and this one is by far the best in the area!

Called and scheduled pedicures for two people and they had everything ready when we arrived. Very nice employees and did a great job!

Under new ownership as of May 2021. I had a great time while Tes did my nails. I got a dip polish change with some nail art and she did a fantastic job. When I first walked in, she asked me to come back at a specific time 4 hours later. I called before I returned to make sure that was still a good time because I wasnt sure they actually stuck to a schedule, but she did and they were ready for me when I arrived. I will definitely be returning after calling to make an appointment first.

I love seeing my favorite nail techs at Nail Envy and with the beautiful reconstruction happening I cannot wait to see how amazing the final product will be! The new management is simply the best. It’s going to be the salon to go to in town. The prices are great, the services are even better, and the employees are friendly and amazing at what they do. I had a special outing with my granddaughter.Tea completed my gel pedicure and Max my granddaughters. They were both so personable, and careful with their work. A great experience.I came to learn they are husband and wife. I recommend asking for either and you will leave being as pleased as we were.

He has always done a great job and he’s always been personable and kind. He and his wife enjoy building relationships with their clients and making them happy with their service. I have followed one of the new owners, Lucky, to many salons over the years because he is truly the best. He and his wife Tes are not only two of the sweetest people, but are also super professional, and do amazing work! I get my nails done religiously and they always look fabulous, earn me tons of compliments, and whether I get dip polish or acrylic it lasts at least three weeks. I really can’t say enough good things about this salon, and I highly recommend it!

Nail Envy is under new management! Have been there 3 times, and Lucky and Tess are awesome! I get the SNS powder, and it lasts 3 weeks! Never any lift or peel. Color selections are ginormous! **under new ownership! Made an appt with Tes today and what can I say.. amazing! I got a gel mani with nail art and shape and I am ecstatic. Instruments were sterile, staff was super friendly. I have also previously received a French mani with dip powder from her husband and it lasted WEEKS - it held up beautifully and I can’t count the times I thought they would have broken but didn’t. She also does Eyelashes and Eyebrows so I’m really excited to bring all of my business to this one stop shop. I can’t wait to see what this awesome couple does with this place. I have been going here, for years, and have always had great manicures and pedicures. My children love to go and get their nails done, too!

I went there today and literally it was my first time of nails getting done. Staffs are cheerful. The blond lady and P both seems nice. P did my nails and I’m loving it!!!

I recently switched to this salon and have been three times so far. Once for a pedicure, once for acrylics and gel polish and once to get the acrylics removed. I was a walk-in all three times and did not need to wait. I have had a different tech each time. All have done a great job and were very nice. The owner’s wife did my acrylics. She was particularly good. The prices are less than a similar salon I used to go to just a quarter mile down the street. They are also open on Sunday which is unusual and super convenient for me.Good prices, quality, little to no wait time and open on Sunday. I don’t know what else I could want in a nail salon. I will continue to go back.

I made an appointment for pedicures for me and my daughter. Let them know we had an appointment when we signed in. Sat there for 30 minutes, they hadnt even started us yet, so we walked out. This is the second time Ive had a similar experience at this salon. I know its a busy time of year, thats why I made an appointment... dont take walk ins before the people who made an appointment. I wont ever make that mistake again. Thanks for ruining my day

My experience here was wonderful. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a good nail salon. I have been to many, many nail salons and have very high standards for the service. I was a walk-in, and when I walked in I was was greeted immediately. Everyone there was extremely friendly and the actual nail service was fantastic. The prices are lower than many salons, and the service better! The deluxe pedicure was the best pedicure I have ever received, and I have paid considerably more at other places. I also got a full set of acrylics, and when filing them down, there was very minimal filing and she did not nick my cuticles a single time. Everyone there was friendly and talkative and all of the customers that were in there seemed very happy. I would recommend this salon to anyone, and I will not be going to any other salon!!

Nail envy is the best! My nails are always beautiful! And the staff is friendly! No appointment needed and they always do a great job! No lifting other peeling off my acrylic or shellac😊 I love it here!

My gel manicure is completely chipping off and it’s only been 2 days. It was also not a relaxing experience. They did my nails at the same time as my toes. I had to hold the light on my lap for the gel manicure as I was turning my body back and forth so she could do each hand. Will not be going back.

Absolutely horrible!!! Terrible communication and even worse service, cant believe they havent been shut down! Nails were SO SO thick, lumpy and unprofessional!!! I dont believe they have education let alone certification to do nails- at least not the guy who did my daughters nails or the woman who did mine! HUGE waste of our time and money, we feel like we were swindled for sure! DO NOT GO HERE, they dont even try.

I am always satisfied with the service as well as the way my nails look when finished. The attitudes of the staff are so nice, they are very polite and funny which really adds to the overall experience at the spa. The only negative thing I can say is in regards to some of the rude customers that I have had the misfortune of witnessing come in. So demanding and rude, if you know you have to rush off for whatever reason please dont come in to their spa expecting them to ignore the customers that are quietly waiting and complain about how long the wait is or how you have something to do or some other place to be...do the rest of us a favor and take your rude, privileged, disrespectful butt some place else. Please dont ruin the ambience for the rest of us 🙄

First time there and it was great! I had called several places trying to find a last minute appointment at 7:00pm for a fill.. When I called the man who answered was very nice and said yes come on in, we will take care of you! Now I was a little worried going in so late that the tech would be rushed and do a bad job... she did not rush at all!! She took her time and was very maticulous about shaping my nails just right and painting them perfectly!! When asked her name she said she goes by B. I would have to says this was the best set of acrylic nails I have ever had!! (I have been getting them done for years!). I will be returning and recommending her to others!! Wanted to share a picture of my nails but not sure how..

I usually go to pretty nails, but they have been so busy. I had to settle for this please. The man with the tattoos did my fill and gel polish, needless to say I was very disappointed. This salon has hidden fees. They don’t have a price list and when I ask for the prices I received attitude!!! He did a horrible job on my nails. He didn’t paint the sides fully, it’s just a complete mess!! Not worth the headache! Next time I will wait for Pretty Nails

Friendly staff. i had a basic pedicure and was satisfied with the service. i wish they would have spent a little more time scrubbing my feet and callouses.

Been using this salon for years, and while I use other places too, I always come back. Love the employees and my nails always look great. When I call and make an appointment I am greeted with We havent see you in a while! and it always makes me laugh. My nails grow really fast, so I do have to get my gel mani done every two weeks to keep it looking nice, but for $35, I dont mind at all. They always clean up my nail beds before doing anything (my cuticles are pretty big) so there is no wasted nail/gap between the polish and my skin. Looking forward to my next manicure!

I have had my fingernails done there over 30 times I am very happy with the results but I have had my toes done twice and both times have been very unsatisfied on my hands I give 5 stars on my feet I only give to unfortunately

I have acrylic nails with gel polish. Every time I have them done at a salon other than this one Im disappointed. Two weeks ago I had them done at a salon in Medina and the gel polish was lumpy, thick, and unsightly. I never have that problem at Nail Envy. My nails turn out beautiful every single time. The staff is always accommodating, professional, and pleasant. I highly recommend!

I would not even give them 1 star! The girl was all over me trying to force me to get gel. She got mad I wanted regular then didn’t even care about making my nails look good anymore. The day after I got my nails done my finger got infected because of their product!! Now I have to go to the hospital to get my finger drained. Do not go here !!!

Went there two times to give them a second chance. Both times, the girl I had was really rude and disinterested. The second time I went in the girl was very annoyed by having to find a pink in gel that matched a pink in regular polish to match my toes. It didnt match. She said they couldnt (or would not) order one that was pink and had the sparkles in it, either. Then, I asked if I could bring my own pink gel polish in next time, but she said the price would still be the same!!! Even though they charge $15 for th gel polish!!!! Sooooo, not good selection on colors, generally rude attitude, trying to rip me off, and the filing was no good, either. I had to go back over and smooth out the rough points on the filing job she did. For the price, its not worth putting up with this, even if it was super cheap and a good deal, its not worth putting up with this. Especially when there are so many other nail salons around that will be happy to take my money and do their job. My advice: Find somewhere else and dont waste your time and money with these rude people.

I used to love this place. I recommended this place to everyone I knew. Recently its been crap. I had gotten my nails done. They charged me $15 extra for gel art and 4 days later they were brown. So today I came in to get a fill and explain to them that I was not happy about my last visit and she kept giving me excuses about why it happened if you used bleach or tanning etc uh no I did none of that. Stop over pricing for crap. I will be finding a new nail salon.

Me and the girls in my family went here to get our nails done for my mother’s wedding and the service was, let’s say it was okay however they charge too much and didn’t inform my sister that they were going to shape her acrylics.

I spent $60 on acrylic nails, and not even 3 days later, one broke. I get the same length every time at my other salon, and they last me about 3 weeks, so its not the length. Also, the service was subpar, the workers never really speak to you as much as they speak about you. Will not be returning or recommending ever.

I had never been here before but my two friends were getting their nails done for formal so I decided to go with them. The people were all really nice, but the nails that they did were subpar. Also, the prices are extremely high for the end product. I got acrylics and after two days they are already grown out so I basically need to go get a fill. My friend does nails at a salon, and she said they were the worst shes ever seen. The nails I got were extremely thick and even crooked. Do not go here to get your nails done. You should go to Nail Art, the nails are AMAZING and they are right down the street, also their prices are extremely affordable especially for high school students (they give discounts.) 1/10 will never come back

Service sucked! Had a $58.00 pedicure which took all of 30 mins. Went straight to a wedding and looked down at my feet and saw nothing but dry skin. Toe nails werent clipped, feet werent lotioned or massaged. Never will dawm their doors again. I made appointment for wrong salon. I paid that much money to have my toes polished. Will repeat, THE PLACE SUCKS!!!

I loved my nails.... The first time I went they werent to personable but by the end of the appt She became more friendly..... I went back and the tech I requested was not busy, but told someone else to do my nails. She did not have an appt she just didnt want to do my nails. I tip very well, 10$ or more so Idk what the problem was. I gave 4stars because their work is awesome but their attitudes arent so great. I would go back if I couldnt get onto my regular place.

I was very disappointed with MAINLY the owners wife that does the nails there. First of all she asked me what I wanted and I said I am not 100% sure but was explaining how I wanted gel and she looked at me and said ok what u need is acrylic!!! Probably because she didnt want to take the extra time for the gel. So then she called my niece over instead of me which i never understood so my niece said I should go first because all she needed was a fill in and what i wanted was going to take longer the lady was like Ok what ever you want...so we sat down and I was trying to spark a conversation with this lady and she gave me nothing but short ticked off answers! I tried asking for her professional advice but all she could say is its your nails! So I quit being nice to her and didnt speak to her for the rest of the session I was wanting to show her a picture of how I want my design exactly but she grabbed her own similar design and did that anyways. When she got to filing down my nails I literally thought my nails where going to slide off my skin she was filing so hard! It was PAINFUL!!!! Now my niece was next to me and she would tell you how rude this lady was I wish I got her name but now the owner guy who did my nieces nails he was such a nice guy joked around with us and everything. Also this lady LIED to my face as I asked her if the guy and her were related and she said no we just friends. This other customer that sat next to us as we were drying our nails off at the drying station said that was the owners wife that did my nails so she lied to me as well as RUDE as heck! Sorry but I WILL NOT GO BACK!!
