The second I walked through the doors I felt the WARM Welcome, Ambiance, Professionalism and Drama-free environment.Also, I appreciate how stylish, and clean Ms. Tonis shop is. Although the above mentioned perks added to my pampering of the day... The real treat was meeting Ms. Stylz and her genuine concern and EXTREME Knowledge she showed for my hair. I love how humble and REAL Ms. Toni is (A Real Class-Act). Longer story short, she brought my look back to life and fed my soul; all at the same time!!! ( I lost my Son in Jan. 2021).My hair was a wreck and Ms. Toni performed hair surgery on me; I NO longer look like, what I went through. I have microlocs and went in for a shampoo before my retightening appointment the following day. Toni was great and even did a steam treatment and lined up my nape which is super hairy. Satisfied with the experience overall. Very nice and the music was on point!

I came in with my hair in TERRIBLE condition. Matted, split ends, dry, crusty, dusty and musty(nervous nothing could be done to my hair), but the stylist WORKED MAGIC!!! TRULY GIFTED HANDS. MADE ME BEAUTIFUL!! DONT SEARCH ANY LONGER! THIS IS THE SPOT! Cant put into words how I feel.....NOTHING BUT TALENT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I WILL BE COMING BACK!!!!!!

I was told that my hair was too short to twist, humiliated about the length of my hair and my sensitive scalp condition. She became very flustered and basically decided to stop doing my hair and let me go home with damp hair and clothing from reshampooing my hair 3 times to remove the products she put in my hair. I told her to use whatever I would make it work but she insisted and got very flustered. If you have short natural hair I recommend you go somewhere else. Oh by the way I twisted my hair up nicely when I got home, it works a lot better when you dont have long sharp nails.

Visit ohio found this shop online but cancel my appointment ontime and when i hung up from whomever answer the phone stating they were going to cancel. Ran my credit card with out permission. This is fraud! Pleaee reread i said i try online. first!

I am always happy when Toni Styles do her magic with my hair. I have no chemicals in my hair and she still know how to make my hair look and feel like a perm. She is awesome!

Worst experience ever. She wouldnt do what I asked & had a meltdown telling me my hair wasnt the right texture for the cut & she just didnt want to finish. I was so humiliated, the icing on a horrible week. I ended up going to Best Cuts to get the cut fixed. I received sooo many compliments on my wrong texture hair & I made sure to let everyone know that it was not Beauty Inc who gave me my cute cut because she made it clear she didnt want to be associated with my hairstyle. She later charged my card for $89 for a wash & cut.

Toni never disappoints! Her versatility and professionalism are second to none. I’ve had my natural hair styled as well as several wigs. I am completely satisfied each time and get tons of compliments days after I leave the salon. My hair is stronger and healthier than it’s been in years!

I came to Beauty Inc looking for professional help to take care of my natural hair. One of my good gal friends referred me. I have thick 4C hair; at times it gets hard to treat it myself. Before coming here my hair was unmanageable and needed some TLC. I’ve been here twice and my hair has really improved and responding well to the steam and protein treatments. It’s alot more shiny softer, manageable, and full of life! I got a lot of compliments at work how cute, curly, and bouncy my hair is. I thank Ms. Toni fo putting my hair back on he right path.

So I had a very bad experience when I called this place. These people claim to be professional is what I was reading on line about them. But thats not even the case how u go talk to me like I was nothing when u dont even know me. If u not taking new clients thats all u had to say in the first place I dont need u to do my hair no way. Trust me I wont ever be calling back to this unprofessional place. I dont care to know these people at all. Theres no need to get a attitude with some one that u need never even met before. Thank you who ever is reading this please do not go to this shop because these people talk to people like they dogs and Im not a dog Im a person. And so what I called early who cares whats problem make me sick seriously. Dont believe what u read on line about these people they not nearly like that.

Toni Stylz replied to my Google review after 2 years went by. From what I could gather from her response, It is quite visible that she has failed to grow as a professional, and grow from her unprofessional tendencies. Her ideation to compensate for her own lies, by accusing me of lying is out right ludicrous. Why would I have a reason to lie. And how would I come up with such detail, and still remember that horrible encounter with Toni Stylz bit by bit to this day? Generally speaking, when you directly experience a wolf in sheeps clothing, and on more than one occasion, that can leave a profound effect on you. It did for me, and thats something you don’t lie about, its pointless and tiresome.Just look at all of her other bad reviews. Is she going to accuse all of those people of lying as well; or has she already done so? Toni Stylz mentioned in her recent response to me that my complaint to her and about her was too long. I feel It is not my concern on how she personally feel’s about reading. She should not care about length either. Her main concern should be, and should have been, how can she make the situation right. Instead of doing the right thing she acted neglectful and in an unprofessional manner, similar to how an adolescent would behave. Toni Stylz should be abrupt. She should take every complaint she receives seriously, no matter the length or the thoroughness of the complaint/review, because it could possibly affect her business. She should want to know what her customers have to say about her, the good and especially the bad to improve her business, and to keep it running.Tony Styles continued to lie in her recent response, and the only reason I can make sense of her 2 year late response is that it was just a misguided, unprofessional, excuse of a way to somehow obtain personal gain of some sort. Personal gain such as self satisfaction and/or a boost of confidence.That way when she introduces herself as a business women she can actually look someone in the eye while telling them that she is in fact a business woman. 2 years ago Toni Stylz and I had already went through this, and I ended up reaching out to the Attorney General due to her unprofessionalism. So there is no reason for her to respond 2 years later to a Google review that I made 2 years ago.P.S message to Tony Styles, It is illegal to publicly expose private information regarding the treatment and condition of my hair, and I consider your recent message harassment, and If you continue to send me messages such as the one I speak of in this review I will be pressing charges. Furthermore, I will be speaking to my lawyer regarding this matter. From what you have recently portrayed to me, It is quite possible that the “Attorney General” was not enough.

My experience was terrible. I visited Toni Stylz for the first time and the last time. This woman is very unprofessional. She lies and she charges you for things you did not ask for. She is very sneaky and will jip you to get all the money she can out of you. I already reported her. I also recorded a phone conversation I had with her as proof of her unprofessionalism.She had her customers join in on our private phone conversation. She lied about things she said she said to me while she was doing my hair. She charged me for specific treatments I did not agree to. She rose her voice to me over the phone, and refused to verbally give me the prices of each individual service she did for me. She refused to correct my hair style. She kept saying, I dont see why you dont like your hair, if people are saying your hair looks nice you should just agree with them. What Toni Stylz failed and fails to understand, is that it is not what others think about my hair, because they did not pay for the service, they are not the customer. I am the customer. It is what I, the customer wants, and what I agreed to pay for. In regards to the prices, she just kept on saying to me my prices are online check online, thats how you made your appointment anyways. When I was on the phone with her she said to a customer that was present in her shop she said I charged her for something she did not agree to, and she dont know the prices! Then I heard a customer say in the background, yeah the prices are online While on the phone with her she also would barely let me speak. She kept talking over me, barely letting me get a word in. The phone call wasnt getting anywhere because of her lies and argumentative way of speaking to me; because of this, I had to speak over her to end the call, I said this isnt getting anywhere, thank you have a nice day, then I hung up the phone while she was still being unprofessional and arguing with me.This is exactly what the phone conversation felt like an argument with someone on the streets, not a professional that is running a business. Also she kept expressing to other customers, while she was doing my hair, thank GOD I dont have to lighten her hair. She kept indicating she did not want to do the work. She knew she had to lighten my hair, she just didnt feel like it. So she colored my hair without lightening it. Therefore she did not give me the color I told her I wanted. I told her before I got there, and when I got there the color that I wanted. I even showed her pictures of the color that I wanted. She was lazy in the fact that she didnt want to give me the color I wanted, and expressed it while she was doing my hair. I want to stress how much Toni Stylz lies. This is the main issue I had with her, besides her unprofessionalism in handling her customers. I am in the process of finding other ways to get the word out about this stylist, and additional ways to report her. This woman needs to be reprimanded accordingly.
