Not only is this the most difficult dispensary of the three dispensaries in Akron to get to, and the most difficult one to get parking at, (the other 2 are in Cuyahoga Falls and Downtown Akron), but their policies also make it incredibly difficult to shop there. It is often my last resort. They will run a sale, let you place online orders, and have the nerve to say you may not get the order you placed. The other 2 dispensaries never do that. They track their inventory better so you dont ever place an order for something you wont get, unlike at Bloom. Bloom ran a sale this week, and had the audacity to immediately send out an email saying you are not guaranteed your online order. People are coming there, with medical conditions that make it difficult to wait around, and are sent home having wasted a trip. Save yourself the time and get your medical prescription filled at the other 2 dispensaries.

Every time I visit this dispensary, they are extremely slow and disorganized. I’ve consistently waited for upwards of thirty minutes to check in and be taken back just to pick up an advanced online purchase. The prices are comparable to other dispensaries like Herbology and the Botanist, but you may be able to avoid a long wait in a crowded wait room with no staff providing direction if you go elsewhere.

My experience at bloom in akron have been down right frustrating. The sale days are a complete nightmare. The parking on a normal day is a nightmare. You reserve products then they tell you sorry they werent avalable when you reserved them. Its over priced and they turn people away constantly with no voucher for the sale or coupons. The door guy even has the nerve to say have a nice day as clearly are not going to and walk away frustrated because you paid 350 dollars for access to this. Ive never been turned away and talked to like that by any dispensary but bloom so far.

I was a new patient and needed educated about the products, the processes and the protocols. Miranda was the young lady who kindly and patiently guided me through the entire process from start to finish. I so much appreciated the kindness and attention. I am now aware about what I must do the next time I purchase product. This place offers a comfortable and friendly experience!

Best medical dispensary in Northeast Ohio! I have been going to this dispensary since they opened. They ALWAYS have my products in stock. The staff consists of some of the kindest people Ive ever met. Top notch dispensary and the GM is incredible!!! The bud tenders are the best around!! Ask for Matt, Cody D or Ryan. This is not the first time someone working here was rude with me last time the guy snapped at my for learning on the counter with my arm which helps alleviate pain in my leg and you would think a person working at a place like this would be more compassionate.

Misleading hours; more inconvenient than thoughtI want to preface this by saying I still try to come here when the stars align and its a possibility. They have a great stock, the facility is clean and sleek inside, and the people behind the counter are always exceptionally helpful and nice. Truly, I love the people that work there; the overall environment is great.I started frequenting this dispensary during quarantine while off work. Returning to work, the place is impossible to get into. They open at 10am but with their overall process and waiting room wait time, they usually cant get me out until 10:20, making me late for work.But have no fear! They close at 7; just as their website, google profile, social media, and FRONT DOOR say. JUST KIDDING!2-3 times I rushed over there to get there around 6:45-6:50 and they are already closed. I dont know of any other businesses that refuse to serve clients within their Regular Operating Hours. Especially ones intended to assist with medical treatment.The thing that is most baffling... Why not simply update the hours to 6:30? Instead, they choose to let clients rush to their closed establishment and get snappy on the phone when asked for clarification. I asked the lady on the phone if she knew of any other dispensaries with later hours. She sarcastically replied, I dont but you could probably Google that. I, personally, believe in customer service as Ive worked it for many years. I ensured that I, myself, AND my teams were familiar with similar businesses so we could refer customers to their locations, ensuring they will get the service they need...All in all, I love Bloom. I wish their hours were more flexible and I wish that I didnt have the exchange I had on that phone call. That call was bitter. A little transparency/more accuracy on what times they will actually serve customers certainly would have made me both happy and, at least, a little less inconvenienced.If they work within Your schedule, 100% go see them. It will be worth it.

Today was my first time here. I was a new patient for Bloom they got me checked in upon arrival set me up in their system with no problems. Everyone was extremely friendly and I was in and out in under 15 mins. This by far was the best experience I have had since joining the program. Wont mention other names but this and one other place in Akron are the only 2 places i need on my list. I would recommend this place to everyone in the ohio program

Normally this is a fantastic place. However I placed an online order for 2 CBD rich vape pens from Firelands Scientific. I arrived and got both in a bag and the rep went over the charges. When I got home I opened one of the pens and when I used it I immediately realized it was NOT a CBD dominant plant. In fact it wasnt even what I ordered. It ended up being a high THC strain of a sativa plant. I called the next morning to both let them know of this terrible error and to ask to switch it out for what I actually ordered. I was told all sales were final and it was my responsibility to inspect the product before leaving. Mind you my order was already stapled I to a bag and the rep went over the receipt which was correct. So moral is dont trust anything here. Visual check and recheck or you could be in for an awful experience.

Be careful of this place... my last 3 orders did not match the weight that was listed on their label after I purchased the product. I weighed the product at home and I was shorted big time... not cool getting ripped off!!! I even took a picture to show them... and they said there was nothing they could do!

I do not recommend. I have only been there twice. First time I went, I purchased several items. I wasnt paying attention as they were ringing up and bagging. There was no dbl and triple checking or communicating as they were bagging. I get home, 45 minutes away and as i was unbagging and dbl checking my receipt i was missing an item that i paid 47.00 for. I called, dont remember the name. They stated they would look into it and credit my account. Today i go in expecting to have a credit and was told i was unable to have a credit since the phone call was not logged into the system. So i paid for a product that i am not going to be credited for.While, the staff is very nice its not enough for me to go back. I highly recommend Zen Leaf in Canton.

By far the place to go in the Akron/Canton vicinity. Employees know clients by name and actually remember who we are. Great selection in products and the prices are low. Their weekly deals are very varied and reasonable so you can find deals on a wide amount of products. When I have had an issue with a product, I was able to bring it back and had the option to replace or receive store credit. I also like that I can place my orders online or by phone, and come pick up. I don’t really bother with any of the other dispensaries in the area anymore as they just don’t compete.

3 mistakes in one experience/NOW FOUR mistakes! Miscommunication still persists! :(I had an issue where I experienced three mistakes with one visit at Akron Bloom. Callie (spelling?) a manager from Bloom called me after seeing my online reviews and personally apologized on April 10th, 1:16 p.m. Callie invited me back to the store and wanted me to give Bloom another chance. Callie informed me that Bloom was going to have the biggest sale on 4/13 for 25% off and that it would be a stackable discount (Bloom has stackable discounts, as I had 45% off on this visit where my bad experiences occurred). I was immediately excited for this offer!4/13 arrives and on a whim I decide to check the menu FIRST and triple check before driving out to Bloom to meet Callie. The menu updates and it reads Bloom has a 25% discount and it is not STACKABLE. I call Bloom and the employee that answered she told me that no there is no stackable discount. I asked if she was positive as I told her Callie just called me on the 10th and told me it would be. The employee thought for a minute and then told me that there was going to be a stackable discount but then the company changed its mind and decided not to.I also spoke with Callie and she told me Bloom didnt want people to have 50% off on their products. They changed the sale, which I know they can do but I was told by Callie and I had my heart set on that shopping experience as a redemption visit. And that was it. Another disappointing experience with Bloom after Callie convinced me to give them another chance I am on the receiving end of another awful communication between the staff at Bloom.I dont see how I can recommend Bloom at this time to other patients because of how you handled my bad experiences. Im disappointed in the repeated breakdown of team communication which has lead me to have another bad experience (4th) with Bloom. Everyone was friendly, the site was clean but I hate having to write this out but I feel I should let people know that there are some major performance errors when it comes down to communication within the Bloom team. I feel that everyone was friendly and helpful but when it came down to execution of customer service Bloom did a bad job with my experience.I hope this message is printed out and it is used as an example during the next team meeting of how to improve communications between staff and prevent issues as this one. I hope Bloom can do better in the future as Im disappointed as I liked everything else about my visit to Bloom but this downward spiral with poor team communication that lead to my disastrous experience Bloom has a big hurdle to overcome.***Attached is the photo showing discounts were in fact changed to not being stackable.

I’ve been to many dispensaries in the Northeast Ohio area. This by far was the most knowledgeable for me. Matthew gave me so much good advice. I would highly recommend this place. I live over an hour away and have dispensaries closer to me, but I think that I would drive the hour and 10 minutes just for the the Staff and the friendliness.

So The Botanist was my go to spot..... HMMM.... NIKKI AND RYAN just changed that! Super friendly... Kind.... And I didnt pick up any negative feelings or vibes. Literally everyone was CHILL. .. LOVE IT! SEE YA SOON!

I like how the menu prices include the tax, so what you see on their menu is exactly what you pay. They handle it like Amsterdam does where the tax is already included with the price. They have the same products as other dispensaries and they price their products fairly compared to their neighbors. I gave this place 5 stars because of their unique way of handling and charging the customers on their products. I will definitely be back.

The staff are knowledgeable and the selection is decent but the prices are often TERRIBLE. Right now they have a 1/2 oz going for over $210, and their prices are routinely more expensive for the same products as those of Herbology (Cuyahoga Falls) and Rise (Cleveland)

Just had my first visit to Bloom....the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of product. It was 10% off oil pens so I was pleased as their prices are already the lowest in town from what I have seen. Check them out.

Face mask on and fresh from my doc appt, i pull into Bloom. Very well kept property and looks to be 24hr surveillance. I find this very comforting , so off rip. My mind starts to race and my anxiety kicks in. In the door i go and a warm welcome i get. Next my card is printed out laminated along with my perscriptions. I took the consultation route as this being my 1st experience at the Bloom or anywhere for that matter. Ryan soon to become my go to guy little did i know. I was so nervous that Ryan talked me through the process and addressed every question i had. So welcoming and understanding. Ryan has guided me through my pain mgmt routine while educating me when i want to cross into a different product set. Lately though he has become unavailable. So Nikki and Claire along with Spencer and pretty Much the whole staff , has helped me. Im not a fan of the online process because it is time consuming for me but quick when you finally get your cart loaded. Weekend emails about specials is amazing. Cliff is very knowledgeable and super focused on everyone that he remembers your name and that my frienda is a quality that sticks out. I will end my post by saying thank you for being the place where everybody knows your name lol.
