Needs better schedule times and more advertisement about its existing and connecting to Augusta as well very friendly drivers and helpful people!!

I am no longer affiliated with this organization by choice. Wouldnt recommend as a work place but they offer useful services for the elderly including food and transportation.

Deplorable service. Phone operators are indescribably rude..especially Michelle!Best Friends has been outsourced by Lower Savannah to an entity with no regard for customer service. The drivers often drive so fast that they zoom right past waiting passengers. The drivers blare the radio so loud while driving, while they shouldnt be playing it all, so that they will not be distracted. The people who run this locally should have their 5-year contract cancelled for failure to provide reasonable, repectful service. Until then, they should be renamed Worst Enemies!

They are nice people and help u get to where you are going

Being riding this bus for over 2 yrs same time same stop. Now I gotta dam near run out into the streets to catch this bullet.. while on bus I see we make the same stops as usually. Just that Mattie c hall stop. New report 12-7-2017 This lady stop at a bus stop but wont look to see if anybody waking up. Windows up fan blowing so cant hear you yell from outside. Sad to say Mr.holloway trained her. Really can go speed limit in any condition.

This bus driver is rude!!! Law is dont talk on cell phone while driving not for him.. This is the Southside bus.. Plz give me my old drivers back.. This driver and driver before him need to go..ASAP

Terrible customer service, shirley (that goes by linda) was very rude and nasty towards me. I will never be involved with their service again
