Update: I called Sep 1st, someone finally called back Sep 8th. We are in a pandemic and it takes 7 days to receive a phone call!! Called this place at 8:49 due to medical emergency and needed to find out info from Dr. Transferred to Nurse Manager Shaun. Almost, two hours no callback yet. I hope someone really looks into this facility and the practices in depth. Some of the call center reps are horrible!! If these places stop hiring friends and hire people who willing to work they may be better. Then, they have the galls to be nasty and its these type facilities you get the rudest, unprofessional staff to work with the community. Everyone isnt community abled to assist and it takes special people to work in this establishment so I hope they find some better staff soon. Stop overlooking people complaints and address the issues for a better facility.

Terrible place. Saw a doctor there, gave me prescriptions and told me to go over for a blood test and schedule an appoint for 2 weeks. Next day showed up, for blood test, they had no referal. Sat around 90 minutes before they could confirm the test with the doctor.Told to schedule for end of June so they can do a follow up after 30 days medicined. I did, and when I showed they schedule for a different doctor, my original doctorw no longer worked there. I had an ear ake they looked at it gave me a prescription for the earache. They had no details of my blood work or anything not a follow up consult They did not even refer me to get a follow up blood test to see how meds were working.. I was told by the Doctor, if I need refills to give them a call.Need refills come Sept. I had 2 days of meds left. I called Tuesday to get renewals of my prescriptions, get a follow up on my blood workd get my next blood work and make an appointment. Was transfered to nurse left message, never got call backCalled nex day Wed AM never got a call back.Called Wed afternoon never got a call backThursday never received a call backFriday called and was transfered yet again to the same person who has yet to call me back all week. Left them a message.This place sucks

(Fishbach new office in North augusta)Ive been going to this place for 12yrs and seen the same the same dr. (Fishbach) which btw is a great guy that Ive got to know through the yrs. Well as of last mn he left. And no 1 informed me that I would be seeing a new dr.(Mitchell) I go in he was very rude. Not a specialist in A.D.D. so y is he my dr. And 2nd he reduced my med without telling me. My 2nd visit today I thought would be better maybe I can conecct with this new dr. NOPE. HE WAS DRILLING ME LIKE A COP! Asking is sold my med over and over if I snort my med and a bunch of rude and inappropriate questions. I got up and told him he is not the dr for me and I will no longer give my $ to a place that dont respect ur privacy and not see a Dr that I cant connect with and has no people person. What a waste of 8 yrs of schooling do be the rudest dr. In aiken. Congratulations Dr. Mitchell 👏 👏 👏

My husband and I have been trying to get someone to pick up the phone and my husband has left some voicemail messages and no one has returned any phone calls to us and I dont think we will go there like the doctor from doctors care recommended since no one doesnt pick up the phone and no return calls to us.Update: I did saw a doctor here for my pcos last Tuesday (7/27/2021) for 3:30 pm and he was rude and pushy and I didnt like the way he talked to me and I dont want to see him again.

At the time of my leaving a review, there was a lot of wait time between a doctor sending in a request for my medication and it being approved by the PCP. This has changed recently. The staff is rather awesome; however, there is a discrepancy in billing for the third time which needs to be addressed.

I never thought a doctors office could make me feel like less of a person, but this place did. I’ve been 3 times and was turn around every time. (Only give you half the information) Money talks to them. Unless you have money in hand, THEY DO NOT CARE !! The employees are rude, always standing around doing nothing but talking, and staring at the people that see them as healers/helpers/saviors. Honestly they should shut this place down and let us stare and talk about how they have no job !!! This place is a disgrace to all health centers, nurses, doctors, and receptionist.

So the doctor that saw me during my visit could not stop shaking which was very odd. Needless to say the issue I went there for was not resolved. Also sent me a bill in the mail and this place is so out of date you can’t even make a payment over the phone nor online. If you can go somewhere else by all means please do. I won’t be back.

I love this place. When we first started going here, there was hardly any wait for appointments and the place was brand new and clean. As the practice has grown and expanded their services, it seems to be struggling to keep up.This clinic provides services to a low income, uninsured and underinsured community. Just because it’s serving a low-income community doesn’t make it ok to disrespect their time by making folks wait hours for their appointment. Please find a way to provide services with dignity.

Don’t waste your time or money here. The OBGYN department is absolutely PATHETIC. The only nice person I came across in the entire department was the ultrasound tech. There is no communication whatsoever. The doctor is arrogant and has a bad attitude. I put in a request 2 days ago for a refill on my medication that I need because I can’t even drink WATER without throwing it up immediately. I get a call from a nurse FINALLY hours later after leaving a voicemail today and she tells me I have 2 refills. My fiancé goes to the pharmacy and they tell me there is none and they refuse to acknowledge that I JUST spoke to the nurse 10 minutes prior. They refuse to walk less than 10 feet to the OBGYN department to confirm this. They refuse to even CALL to confirm this. GET SOME COMPETENT EMPLOYEES. I pay out of pocket for every expense and every single medication, absolutely no one should have to jump through hoops to get decent healthcare. It’s disgusting.

There are alot of improvements that need to be made in this place. The answering service will transfer you to a v mail, but you do good if you DO get a call back. And you have to make an appt through the answering service instead of the actual office you would like to reach. The people in the answering service ask you Why you need to be seen and (if it happens to be for a gynocologist appt) you cannot tell them its personal. You HAVE to tell them your reason or they cannot make the appt for you. Thats what myself and others have been told. Um.... Thats breaking patient confidentiality... It is very uncomfortable and embarrassing. No one should have to tell someone what their personal health issue is, when they are not the nurse, Dr or female receptionist that is in that particular office. I know others who have had issues wth this and who have a hard time getting in contact with their Dr. Even Pharmacists I know, have complained. I have been told, That the Drs at the Clyburn Center are the hardest to get in contact with and its very frustrating. And if its Friday??? You can forget it. I know someone who will never be back there again, because their prescription never got filled. I called for this person, trying to get in contact with the Dr or nurse and never got to speak to anybody. I left msgs for more than 1 nurse, because I wasnt getting a response. (Over a 2 business day period, Fri and Mon) I left msg after msg. We NEVER heard from them and the prescription never got filled. I felt bad cuz I recommended the clyburn center. I wont do that again. The Drs are good. Most nurses Ive seen are good. But the communication???? Sad....

Used to be a nice place. Now, its so overrun, you cant get an appointment and everyone is rude. Mainly the young blonde at the pharmacy counter and the receptionist at the OBGYN office as well.

My father in law was taken here today (1/19/2021) This man has been sick for 2wks and finally got him to go to the doctor and he had been out there in their parking lot for 3 HOURS!!!!! 3 HRS! And then they didnt even know he was there bc they lady at the front desk cant do her job evidently! This place is sorry. Go here if u want to die!!!!

Dr. Fischbach has been my Dr for over 25 years and I hope he never retires! He has always been extremely kind and very attentive to my concerns and medical needs. His wait times can be a bit long sometimes, but its only because he takes the time with each patient to really listen and understand how they are feeling and discuss their options for treatment. I feel like hes a friend, as well as a Dr.

I had an appointment I made 2 months in advance. I drove over half an hour to get to the appointment, and once I got here, I was told the appointment was cancelled this morning. I am very upset I drove all the way out here. Why wasnt I notified? My appointment was in the late afternoon, but I received no call. I also waited about 5 minutes at the check in center while the worker just chatted behind the window. When she finally decided to greet me, she had a nasty attitude. Front desk receptionist was kind and helpful when i asked, but on her phone for the duration of my visit. Overall, the staff has poor customer service & communication skills. I will not be back. Dr. Boyd is flighty and condescending.

There is no communication between any offices there. You have to wait hours to be seen regardless of appointments. I think my record waiting time is two hours so far. I stuck with them for 4 years hoping they would get better. Four years of them cancelling my appointments and my daughters appointments, calling after weve already been waiting there for half an hour to let us know theyre cancelling it. The lack of intercommunication is astounding. As a healthcare facility, this place is garbage.

I had left 2 messages about where to get a COVID test. I got a call back from a woman who was so rude and impatient. She said there’s a location for free testing for people who have symptoms. I told her I had symptoms which is why I wanted to be tested. I said I’ve had terrible headaches for over a week, dry cough, sore throat and short of breath. She abruptly said these weren’t COVID symptoms. I told her they are recognized as symptoms and she said not from our office. She then asked if I had a fever and I said no, only 99. She said that’s not a fever. So she said I wouldn’t qualify for a free Covid test and that I’d have to make an appointment and pay for it. Then she said they’d likely not even give me a test. I decided not to take the conversation any further so I said good bye and hung up.

I had dental work done there around a year and a half to two years ago. I got a filling. They put too much silver in my mouth and now my actual tooth is cracking out of my head. The front desk service is nice. But the people who do teeth cleaning are rude, and don’t like their jobs. Every time I left there my mouth was in shreds. The dentist was very nice. I enjoyed her a lot, she had a nice attitude. Too bad her work with silver in teeth is lacking. Yes, I eat candy, but is that really a reason to say it’s my fault my tooth is falling out of my head? Is it my fault that the people who are paid to do dental work treat their patients like torture victims?No. I understand that this facility takes Medicaid, but please, please take your children elsewhere. Please. A filling is a basic dental procedure and they couldn’t even get that right.

This place wants you to use their primary doctor in order to receivemental health services. Isnt this against federal law,? If you already have a primary care doctor who is great and dont want to change, can they get away with this. Sounds like a gimmick to me.

Very unprofessional. Dont do what they say they will (request medical records). The Dr I saw actually told me to move out of SC if I want to get better from allergies. Offered nothing else.

Called about a gyno appointment (an appointment I needed fairly urgently for pre-existing medical reasons) and was given a date for 3 weeks later. Fine, I can handle that, the morning of the appointment arrives and I get a call 4 hours before my scheduled time telling me the doctor isnt going to be there and i had to reschedule. The soonest appointment I could get is 2 weeks later.

If I could give this place no star, I would. These people are highly unprofessional and needs a full restaffing. The Spanish lady in the front at OBGYN is very rude and has you doing unnecessary shit. Ex: don’t ask me to sign in the same time you’re asking me for my name dumbass. You’ll see it once I sign it. Then she rushes me to sign some papers verifying my Demographics like i wasn’t waiting ten minutes for her because she wasn’t at the window when I walked in. She asks for my ID. I lied and said I didn’t have it because I’ve been here multiple times before and it’s been scanned in here and at Margaret Weston. She said bring it next time: there won’t be a next time because they lack good customer service. I won’t be back

Avoid this place like the plague. All we wanted was to establish care after our kid’s psychiatrist left Aiken. Our kid had a diagnosis and was on medication that was working. We were first told that we needed to transfer ALL of our kid’s care to them before they would let us set up an appointment with a psychiatrist. Okay, weird, but we did it. Our kid had already had a well child check up for the year; we set another one anyway. At that appointment, the doctor gave us a two week refill on our kid’s medicine. He said that should get us through until the psychiatrist set up an appointment. It didn’t. The psychiatrist appointment was over a month from that initial appointment. When we called to try to get a refill to make it to the appointment, we spent a WEEK leaving voicemails trying to get someone to call us back. When we finally got through to someone, we were informed that we should have made an appointment with behavioral health and then behavioral health would have referred us to the psychiatrist. Mind you, THIS IS AFTER WE WERE ALREADY REFERRED BY THIS OFFICE TO THE PSYCHIATRIST AND HAD AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED. We literally just needed a refill on medicine that would get our kid through until that appointment—our kid who is ALREADY DIAGNOSED BY A LICENSED PSYCHIATRIST and has a treatment that works and have been using for two years.Literally no one at this location seems to care that our child is the one who will face withdrawals because of their bureaucratic mix up, mistakes, and overall complicated process. OUR KID. Their answer was to take her to the ER.We will definitely be looking into other providers. There is a wait for appointments at most, but heck, it can’t be worse than being on hold, transferred six times, and told no one will help your child. No thanks. I’d rather go back to our former primary care provider who cares, knows my child, and seems concerned about her health and well-being, from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors. Not the impression I got AT ALL from this location.Save yourself the stress if you can at all and go elsewhere. If you can’t, you’ve got my sympathy. I will say, everyone seems super nice as they transfer you all over and Mrs. Sheila was very sweet as she told me they can’t help my child. An absolute professional. I did appreciate that she took the time to research and then actually call me back, unlike everyone else we’d left a voicemail with all day and who my spouse had been trying to get in touch with all week.I would strongly recommend to the Clyburn Center that they breakdown for new patients what steps patients need to take to secure care, because the process is extremely complicated, especially in our circumstances where we only wanted to transfer care because our kid’s previous provider left the area.

Everytime were there its never a long wait, my Father goes there often because he has a lot of health issues and theyre very affordable. Dr.Jones is his Dr. and hes also a very intelligent man,he takes his time to fully examine my father and always, always gives him the best advice on how to better his health while at home, I would truly recommend their services to anyone. (patience is a virtue)

My Primary Care Provider wanted me to see a psychiatrist for Medication Management. While I was at their office, they called and made me an appointment. The following week, I received a call from my PCPs office telling me that the psych would not see me unless I transferred all of my medical care to the Clyburn Center. I declined. I have been with my PCP for 4 years, ever since moving to SC. I am happy with my care, why would I transfer? Seems to me like they want to strong arm patients who have insurance into getting as many services as possible so that they can make back the money they are losing on seeing uninsured patients. And the only other psychiatrists in Aiken have 3-4 month waits for an initial appointment. The state Id search care in SC is very sad.

Dont like the service nor the workers, just plan rude, been getting the same careless, rude, and disrespectful attitude for over a year now. I do not recommend this medical clinic/center to no one.

Extremely rude call center manager. He wants to argue about how many calls he has already received and how their phones are fine and the problem must be on the other end. Needless to say, he must have been able to hear me to argue, so why not get to the fact that I was returning their 3 calls.

I never expected this place to be as good as it is & honestly I was very hesitant about going here, but I did. I went to get my nexpalnon birth control implant removed & was supposed to see Dr. Boyd, but she was out on a delivery so I saw Dr. Rodriguez instead & I couldn’t of been happier! She is super sweet & very informative, but most of all made me feel welcome. The wait time was a little long but other than that, They’re just the best! Thanks Clyburn Center for making me feel at home. I have found my doctor, Dr. M. Rodriguez OBGYN thank you & all the other staff!

I will NEVER go back to this place. I have GI issues and went to talk to Dr. Kenneth Jones. The ladys at the front desk were kind and the ladies who took my information were okay too but as far as Dr. Jones goes.. I am SO disappointed! We never had a conversation, he didnt ask me what I ate, what Ive eliminated, if I had a dairy or gluten intolerance. We didt talk about possible IBS. IN fact, WE didnt have a conversation AT ALL! He said his part and I was shut down any time I tried to bring anything up and he wanted me to have my discussion with the people in the lab instead of talking to him. AND he picked up my toddler WITHOUT my permission and insulted her saying she could be a linebacker. I wish I could give Zero stars.

Great place and the prices are fantastic.... I am one of the many people who dont have medical insurance but thanks to Rural Health Services I can afford to pay for my medical and dental services... This place is really great if your financial situation is not great, they will work with you...

The personnel at the dentist department are soft spoken & kind. Some of them have strange quirks that make you want to come back. They do have some kinks that Im trying to work out, but satisfied with service & information given

Extremely unprofessional. Obgyn male doctor treats patients like just another number in the line and avoided staying on the topic that I was wanting to discuss. I went to talk to the doctor about having my tubes tied and prolonged periods and the doctor wouldnt even go over the topic with me. He just told me to come back in 3 months. I think not. Rooms are grose also.

I went there for checking and cleaning my teeth. The staff were kind and helpful. The dentists were professional and efficient. They were pretty busy the morning I went there, but the patients were constantly got called to go in. Besides, there was a nice waiting area. I like this place.

I went to the doctor for the first time at this center in June and had a bad experience I got a MD doctor name JONES at first he was joking laughing then this name raised his voice at me as if I was his child very disrespectful I talk to a lady but I dont know what she did or said to him she going to ask was he having a bad day i didnt do nothing wrong I was already nervous coming to a new place. Less than enjoyable. Appointment was scheduled for 11:15. Didnt leave until nearly 2pm. Spent nearly an hour in the waiting room and 2 in the actual examination room waiting for the doctor. He finally showed up and in 15 minutes Im out. But the wait was ridiculous and I asked the woman at the desk. Oh hell be right with you means you have to wait about an hour

I go to several places in the clinic and they are great.

Always end up sitting in the waiting room for at least an hour if not more past our scheduled appointment time meanwhile the random walk ins off the street get back in fast with no problems what so ever. Heaven forbid you ask the staff why your wait time is so long...

My daughter had a 10 am appointment. Two doctors came in at separate times. Then she sat there until 12:30 at which time her grandmother went to ask the nurse if they had been forgotten. Then doctor came back saying there wasnt anything they could do just take ibuprophen and put a hot compress on her leg. What!!!! It took you 2 and half hours to come up with that diagnosis.

I have called up here several times to try to talk to someone about my sons appointment and they never call back like they are suppose to. Then they told me they no longer let the parents take in the school excuse for your child when in fact my nephews went today and they allowed his mother to get yheir excuses for school. The two ladies on the ped side are rude they dony answer your question especially the one that specks Spanish she is stuck up and very rude. We are thinking about changing doctors offices going back to Dr. Allens over their in martintown.

My son had a 4 oclock appointment today 10/9/18. It was pushed back due to schedule error. The doctor my son waa suppose to see was out. So we ended up seeing Dr. Fishback. He was very rude and ask why were we refferded there by our doctor as if he didnt want to provide services. He also told me he did not know when or how long it would take to get my sons medical records after I handed him a sign release form. I do know its only a matter of fax-ing the records over. He then went on to tell me he (my son). Would not get any medication refills or med management and that Ive waited too late. None of the medications or control substance or pain meds. However he treated us like junkies off the street. Very rude and unprofessional. Didnt have any empathy that my son is a special needs young adult and needed services. By the time I left I felt sick. I never want to see him again!

Unprofessional and non caring. Go out of your way to get there and wait for hours only to be told your appointment was cancelled. Call back repeatedly trying to reschedule only to be transferred to voice mail and never have your call returned. Speak to an administrator and still no help. Its unbelievable how hard it is to get an appointment to be looked down on and treated like a dog.

They do have a good doctor that actually cares named Dr. BOYD. Im 26 and I felt really mistreated before switched to her. Dr. Daniel did not test me properly. His nursing staff seemed racist. They rarely pick up when u call back and if they do call back it is once. Mrs. Rodriguez was nice also but i think the Hispanic nurse she has will ruin her buisness because she is rude and loud with personal questions. Alot of older people i know left after dr.bryant left. I wouldnt reccomend any one to go to the obgyn unless they are seeing Dr.Boyd but the dentist and labs are ok. I go again next week and i will update if things change.

Wait time out in the waiting room is always an hour or more. When they take you back to your room you have to wait for another hour before the provider comes in to see you. Bad customer service. No one ever picks up the phone when I make a call, and no one returns my messages.
