I cant say enough good things about Braun and Boyd Optometry. When I was younger, I worked with Dr. Boyd, Heather and Richie for several years and they are wonderful people. This is a true family owned business and that is the experience you will get. You will be treated like a person and not a name on a patient chart. This is not a sterile, cold atmosphere its very warm and inviting. I can say from experience they are the best at what they do, they are very thorough and always make sure that you are happy before you leave. They never turn away anyone with an emergency or any kind of eye pain or discomfort and always try to work in Walk-ins when possible. When Dr. Braun started the practice decades ago he established a clientele that are still patients to this day. I would have people tell me they had been seeing Dr. Braun since they were small children, that said a lot to me. I absolutely recommend them, they are wonderful!

Everyone was very pleasant. A great selection of glasses and the cost is very comparable to the big name competitors.

These people are very bad. They validated a federal law they refused to give me my PD saying its a new policy they started so basically if you want new glasses you would have to come to them thats if you got your eyes examined from them. Its an old granny house so how do you expect to get customers if you outside looks like a scary house

I hate to say anything bad about these guys, because they let me walk in for an exam(unexpected day off, due to shipper being closed), but I honestly got the feeling that they thought I was gonna steal some frames: they wouldnt let me look at the glasses while I was waiting (weird) and then, after my exam, they got anxious when I went to a different shelf and started looking at the safety glasses, which I was genuinely interested in.They seemed really nice, but, something just didnt feel right. I would have like to have at least discussed prices with them, even if I didnt ultimately buy from them, so Id have a baseline figure.

I go here every year and they even helped me get glasses when my insurance took me off of the plan. They are pretty great!! I love this place.
