Don’t know where to start!! Amazing experience wouldn’t want to experience it anywhere else. Every since Dr.Minto told me I was carrying twins she was there every step of the way. She made sure I understand everything that I was going through with the experience of having twins. I informed her that I wanted natural birth the twins and she made sure that I did even with one of the twins being breech during delivery. DR. Minto is a wonderful educated doctor and I would recommend anyone to her she stands on her word and Im truly grateful for having her through my experience.

Dr. Minto was absolutely GREAT !!! I was recommended to her by my two sisters whom babies she delivered which were two healthy juicy babies. The staff there is amazing and her nurses that helped were just as great as she. Even though we miscarried, she was there for encouragement & rubbing my back letting me know everything will be fine, & there’s always time to try again!!! ❤️ When it’s time to try again I’d absolutely return to Dr.Minto’s office!!!!!! ❤️🤞🏽

I have seen Dr. Minto for over 13 years. She delivered my daughter. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in May and I can not begin the express my gratitude to the office staff, nurses, surgery coordinator and doctors. Phenomenal care! 💓

I had my first born at aiken hospital. My Doctor was Dr. Minto. She cares so much for her patients. My labor was late and she stayed there with me even tho she was off. After a few hours waiting for my baby to arrived she had to leave so another doctor did deliver my baby. But a week later I had problems and she met me at the hospital and took very good care of me when the aiken hospital staff wasnt. So now Im pregnant again I definitely plan on going back to her!!! Thank you Doctor Minto for going over and beyond for me!!

I don’t even know where to begin with this office, and Dr. Minto. She delivered my first child 8 years ago, and even though she didn’t make it on time for this birth, she was the first person to enter my room after birth. It has been a pleasure going through a high risk birth with Dr. Minto by our side as a family. I can say one of the hardest things I had to do in my life thus far is carry a baby knowing at 18 weeks that she would have a serious heart defect and need surgery. When I tell you she was the most encouraging person, and had the most positive outlook she really kept me pushing when I was just feeling down. Her smile her friendship, and her God fearing approach was what I needed. She made sure I was prepared as much as possible for what was to come. The touring of the NICU, referrals for counseling, and giving me all the tools and options to help my baby girl survive. I love Doctor Boone, however, the front office staff is so rude and unprofessional. Each time I go for an appointment the desk staff are curt and rude. They are unfriendly and not warm at all. I witness the same treatment to others as well. I get a sick feeling when I walk in for my appointment and I am greeted by this unwelcoming attitude.They really need some training on customer service and treating people with compassion and respect. If there were another OBGYN in Aiken that was a viable option I would leave this practice in a heart beat. I have advised my Doctor as well as Janet of my experiences as well. It is really sad that these wonderful Doctors are being misrepresented by their front desk staff in such a poor manner. It reflects very negatively on the whole practice. I sincerely hope they will provide these ladies additional training so that everyones experience improves. Nothing would make me happier than to have a positive experience while visiting my doctor for my pregnancy appointments. This should be a happy time in my life...instead I dread walking into this office each and every time.

The staff is actually very nice and care for pregnant women. i switched drs at 35 weeks to dr minto and she is sucha wonderful doctor!

This OBGYN office will let people rape you if you have a spinal tap for your delivery, and claim its your religious affiliation. They allowed my one night stand to illegally gain access to my child whom I, by SC code of law, maintain soul custody of as a single mother. They never told me I had twins, then allowed my second child to drown in its birth fluid. They automatically removed my first child under S.C. unprepared parent act when it was their fault that no one ever told me I was carrying twins. After I became livid from the abuse, they decided I had a post partum psychotic break, and committed me to Aurora. WORST. DOCTOR. EVER.

Every experience here was so bad that I finally left for an MCG doctor at 7 months pregnant. The staff is, as another reviewer said, very unprofessional and rude. The waiting room was always packed and wait times always long. Dr. Minto was unable to make at least two of my appointments because she is often at the hospital delivering babies. This was the case for my first ever visit with her. In her absence I spoke to an NP who sat me down, opened up her laptop and literally told me she needed to get out her cheat sheet for advising me on my pregnancy (12 wk checkup). When I was able to meet with Minto for successive appointments she was rushed and condescending. After a cardiac foci appeared (a bright spot) on the full anatomy ultrasound I was sent to MCG for an extensive fetal echo. Dr. Minto said she sees this on about 1 out of every 8 scans but that she needed me to go down to Augusta for this test anyway. A month later, and lots of worrying I had this scan. The doctor there was very surprised that I was sent to them as there were no other warning signs. I spoke to a surgeon friend who said that Dr. Minto was covering herself so as to not get sued, which is great for her but expensive for her clients. I was so fed up with the entire experience that I switched doctors mid-pregancy, and am so happy now that I am with Dr. Stager, over at MCG. Complete night-and-day improvement.
