I am not a person to give reviews and I was taught that if you have nothing good to say better, do not say anything, but after this experience I think it is better to say before what happens to someone else. If I could give zero stars I would give them. I went for the first time since several people recommended me maybe for eyebrows are excellent, maybe in other colors of hair that are not blond are excellent (my hair was with a blond balayage), but my experience was terrible. First of all they are not professional, they wet my face a thousand times, my clothes and hands were all painted with dye, my forehead and neck full of dye. When I got home I still had hair with dye. Not to mention that they damaged my hair, they blew my hair with the bleach and then they tried to hide it in a towel so I could not see it. To all this the lines of marking between one color and another can be observed from an airplane my hair is in a thousand different lengths. It is a disaster and all this after I do not like being told, that they must see that seeing it is a disaster, it charges me the job as if it had been wonderful. It is the worst job they have ever done in my life and wherever I stand Ill say it. In addition they are very unpunctual. If you tell me at 10 it is at 10 not at 10:30.
