Andy was on time and very professional. He explained what the problem was and what was needed to fix the issue. Its hard to find a good electrician but I am glad I found one today! I highly recommend DNZ Property Services for any repairs you might have.

Very courteous, fast, and safe (masked the entire time). Told/showed me what was wrong with each outlet and what he would do to fix it. Also identified what should be submitted under home warranty. Replaced four outlets (one with substantial damage) and inspected the rest. In and out in less than an hour.

We are out of State owners who tend to an elderly parent and called Andy at DNZ Property Services to take care of electrical panel issues at our parents home. He arrived on time and was very professional. He took care of the problems that existed and did not take advantage of the situation in our absence. We communicated via Text and phone during the entire service. We are very happy with the results and could not recommend a technician or service company any higher.

Andy arrived early in the day as scheduled. He was masked, courteous, friendly, and very accommodating when I asked him to wear booties to protect our flooring from outdoor shoes. After explaining the situation, he thoroughly investigated the problem, and was able to restore power to several outlets that stopped working. He also assessed the other issues, explained the problem and what he would suggest to our landlord to improve the electrical service within our home. With a full understanding of the next steps, he took pictures and left. What stood out to me as excellent service is that apparently he thought about the problem a little more, had an idea to troubleshoot further, and returned a few minutes after leaving to test out his idea. It worked! Thankfully, all of our problems were resolved within an hour. Andy said hed still suggest the upgraded panel to improve the electrical system, and I couldnt speak highly enough about his can-do attitude! Thanks so much, Andy!

Company was assigned by American Home Shield Nikolay was very unprofessional and arrogant. I’ve never experienced a service provider as unprofessional as Nikolay was. Definitely would not use this company for any job.

DNZ came to my home through Select Home Warranty on June 22nd. Select Home Warranty indicates the report they received from DNZ definitely says there are no issues with my roof. I have asked for the report from DNZ no less than 4 times and still have not received the report. I am at the end of my patience with this cat and mouse game as supposedly my e-mail address is wrong on their records. Hmmmmm....I seemed to have received e-mails when the tech was on the way and the e-mails requesting an invoice and an e-mail when the invoice was paid. WHAT??? I just want a copy of the home inspection report so I can continue my arguments with Select Home Warranty. I dont need this additional DRAMA. I just called minutes ago...was placed on hold and then hung up on. I called yesterday afternoon and was promised the e-mailed report by the end of business by someone named Rema or Rena.I dont feel as through this experience matches with the HIGHEST Customer Service they advertise.

Communication was clear and consistent! They were able to squeeze me in the next day and called to keep me updated. During the day of service they even sent text messages to track the arrival of the technician so I knew when to expect him (which for a company coming for repairs is very rare). The experience with DNZ has been very frustrating. We had numerous outlets at our house that were not working. The electrician only fixed one of several outlets which broke within 2 hours. When I asked him to fix the others he simply said he didnt know what was wrong. Then I asked for another electrician to come out - they gave me a 4 hour window. 7-11am. After sitting at home for 4 hours nobody showed up. I have now called 10 times and nobody will answer my calls. This has been a very poor experience.

After water damage to our panel we had electrician from DNZ to repair the damaged breakers and wiring. Great service and professional team.

Through my life I have hired many electricians come to my house fix electrical problems, DNZ Property Services is the best all around electrical company I have ever hired. One month ago I noticed that my Living room outlets just all of a sudden stopped working, and the last company I hired where very mean, and did not fix anything. So I found DNZ Property services, first off let me tell you that this is the most professional company I have ever seen just by looking at their webpage you could tell THEY ARE LEGIT. When I called a Lady named Rima picked up she was very nice and knew what she was talking about. When Nikolay the electrician came he was as nice as the Lady on the phone, I could tell by the way he talked with me that he knew what he was talking about.
