We have been so happy with Dr. Snyder and the rest of the team at Kids & Family Medical Group. Dr. Snyder is kind, thorough, knowledgeable and a wonderful active listener. Our family has benefitted from his guidance throughout the pandemic.

Dr. Proum is a very knowledgeable, professional and kind hearted doctor. She listens to all of your concerns and does not rush. Very friendly and communicates well with children. Thank you Dr. Proum! The kiddos will most likely see you again soon!

The doctors here are great, however their answering/scheduling service is HORRIBLE! We are switching our daughter to a different medical group after dealing with the headaches this place has given. Their call center called to CANCEL my daughters appointment because they deemed it unnecessary, even though the doctor wanted to see my daughter due to slow weight gain.In addition to scheduling/answering service headaches, we were told we would have someone reach out to us to help us set up our patient portal. This was 2 weeks ago and we still havent heard anything. The patient portal requires a pin code that we do not have. No one has called to help us with getting the code.

Because of pandemic and change of insurance it had been well over 1 year since my teenager had been to a well visit. I found Kids & Teens Medical Group and made an appointment with Dr. Snyder at the Agoura office. Ive read online that there is a weird phone system, so I went to their website and saw that you can text them. I made the request of making an appointment through text for a new patient, they texted back and asked for the basic information and then someone called me to finish it. The text function worked great and it didnt take more than a few minutes for them to answer. I was told to wait for an email from them with documents to fill out, it never came and the morning of the appointment I texted again to tell them I did not receive the email and they sent me a new email immediately. The text version of communication works great! We didnt see any other patients when we arrived, no wait time! The nurse immediately starting taking the basic information (weight, height etc.). Dr. Snyder was great, really taking time and listening to my son (who had two issues that had to be addressed) and informing us about possible causes and possible future referrals of specialists. Lab work and X-rays were ordered to get to the bottom of my sons issues. My son really felt the doctor listening to him and asked him a lot of questions about his problems and I thought the nurse and the doctor were very professional and informative. So happy we found a good place for our son.

Doctors are fine but its exceptionally obnoxious that you cant just call the office, you call some call center who then calls the office. Creates a lot of wasted time and delays in care.

Dr.Snyder was very patient and answered all our questions.

I felt like I was being judged as a parent regarding my child’s academic level and vaccinations. Also, the doctors should know to ask parents certain questions without the child in the room. I will most likely look for a more compassionate doctor/pediatric clinic since I’ve now tried two doctors at Kids and Teens Medical Group and I wasn’t impressed. The nurse was great, though!

Experienced doctors for kids... poor kids hate being sick but this is the place to go if they are. Quick visit versus many doctor offices as well.

Great place to take your kids for medical care, they make your kid feel at ease. As much as kids hate going to the doctors, this place is recommended.
