Very pleasant staff at the pharmacy department. The floor/cashier staff is another story. There is a caucasian woman like in her late 50s to middle 60s who seems to believe that all minority people are thieves. The day before yesterday I went there to order some prescriptions. They told me it would take about 20-30 minutes, so I went to the store across the street to buy other things, including mini chocolate bars for my daughter and me. My daughter had hers in her hand and halfway to the pharmacy counter comes this woman shouting at my 10 y/o child accusing her of stealing. I asked what on earth gave her the impression we were stealing. She said because we had gone out of the store and came back. She also said that she saw my daughters hand go into her pocket. My daughter emptied her pocket and showed her the wrapper of her chocolate bar, but she kept insisting she was stealing. My poor kid felt so humiliated. I was just plain furious. How dare she! She was extremely rude. I told the floor manager to keep her xenophobic, racist rottweiler away from my kid. The manager pulled her aside. On the way out she made this clearly insincere apologetic gesture. Too late. She had already unfairly publicly humiliated my child.
