Didn’t notify me that she changed her address. Drove 40 mins to the old location all for her to say she’s not there and I should come to her apartment. I told her that I’m 16mins away and she wouldn’t honor my appointment for HER mistake! This is not fair at all! I’m so upset! I bought the Brazilian wax on group on. What a waste of money! I would give this place 0 stars. Such poor communication.

This merchant is unprofessional. I showed up to an appointment today and had to contact her to find out she was sick and not coming. I contacted her two weeks prior to the appointment and gave all my contact information.I understand sickness but a courtesy call would have changed my impression. I wasted 30 minutes driving to this appointment. Unaccetable.

I called to make an appointment around 10:30. She told me that she was available at 2 pm. She also said shed call back after her customer leaves. She didnt call. And when it was getting close to 2 pm and too late for me to look elsewhere, I called and got voice mail. I went by at 2 pm and found the place and walked in. The door was open and it was COMPLETELY empty inside. No furniture or people or anything! I called again from the location and got voice mail. The people lied to me, wasted my time and dont even seem to have a location anymore, even though their sign was on the door outside. Best to look elsewhere. Instead of a massage I got nothing but aggravation. What a joke!

Made an appointment online using their website. Called her when I reached their, as you may find it little confusion on parking, she guided properly. You have free parking available located backside of the building, refer my pictures. There is a garage. If you park in wrong place, you may get towed ,check signs. After parking, you may enter using the frontside and take elevator.Grisel is very friendly , accommodating and doesnt make you feel uncomfortable. Explains everything in the beginning. Definitely recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! She was very professional yet personable. My deep tissue massage was wonderful! She used the right amount of pressure— a good balance between pain (the good kind) and relaxation. This is especially important to me because I have Fibromyalgia (part of my symptoms is TONS of knots all throughout my body so ironing them out can get quite painful but its necessary)

I had am appointment scheduled and confirmed. Showed up to the place and the building was closed. I called to see if I has the right location and a woman answered and said Oh I forgot to call you. The building is closed now I thinking duh Im standing outside. She offered no help or anything just a big oh well. We briefly discussed rescheduling but she said she would have to call back... still havent heard from her. Unprofessional! Big Waste of Time and Money!

She dosent understand English, my car got town and I have to pay extra $200 towing fee , she never explain the problem of parking on that building, the service was ok but the location take so much time to get there the paying more to some where loser is worth it.
