They had beautiful pianos. You can also find doors of various sizes. I purchased large scale framed art pieces for $10 each (assuming they were from hotels). Mainly got them for the frames as large picture/art frames are super expensive! The furniture here is also much cheaper than the Chicago location.

Alot of items at very reasonable prices. Just be sure there is enough of what you buy for your project as they dont have more of you go back. Also great that everything goes back to the charity to build house for those in need.

Ok if you like doing diy or just need some hardware, checking out restore is win win.. you get stuff very cheap, and also help reducing wastage. The money used to buy also goes for good so their are many pluses here.If doing diy, craft, small jobs or for hobby this is a heaven. Before going to orange. Blue or green. Check them out.The store in Addison was fairly priced. Please donate unused items from your renovations. Thanks.

Bought new led lights and was informed by one of the managers that I had a week to return them. NO reference was made to the fact that they had to be defected. When returning them I was told that I should have read the small print on my receipt (yeah sure, everyone does that right?) and the so-called manager got all bent out of shape about my insisting to return them, having purchased them on good faith and (wrong) information. Before you buy at Restore be very aware of the real and inflexible nature and our way or the highway policies of Restore.Last time ever I have been there or will support the organization.

Not really impressed. Im surprised for the low inventory. Ive found more things at flea markets and resale shops. They might need more advertising for donations! I wanted to see more architectural contributions and instead I felt like I walked into the last day of a rummage sale. Maybe donations are at an all time low? Disappionted.

This location is ok. Its organized and the staff is very helpful, but their hours are awful. I assume its all volunteer-based so perhaps they cant get the help they need in order to expand their hours. Im hopeful that will change in the future, though. Its impossible to get over there during their current operating days and hours unless I use vacation time. Overall, it would be nice to see other locations open up south of 55. There are several communities to the south which lack reasonable access to a ReStore location.

Love this place. Shopping here, as well as donating feels good.I have found some really good deals and I’ve found this store to be over priced. Overall I love this place, and knowing that my money goes to a great cause, makes me happy to shop here. Rarely do I find nothing on any given day.

Prices were way too high. I understand proceeds are donations to help people out but if items are donated then selling price should not be so high. There was a lot I would have bought but I could have bought for brand new or possibly even less brand new. Not impressed. Been to other habits for humanity and they have had good prices and I have always walkEd out with merchandise.

They also take home project donations..and furniture/cabinetry donations so they dont have to get junked. All the money goes to Habitat for Humanity. Win-win.

Will add to my list of Habitats that are worth going to again. Ive visited them from all over the east coast and midwest. I found the prices to be quite consistent here!! I looked at just about every category of items.Found interesting things.A tad early but found sprinklers galore, already know two got run over by a contractor, so for way less the a box store I got a few. Drip irrigation/Rainbird parts for SUPER cheap! A Big box of conduit nail straps, $1! New boxes of Tapcon screws, their assorted paints, cabot deck stain, Naval Jelly, Flex gas lines, plumbing parts, pedestal sinks...Noticable large items that stood out:• Restoration Hardware coffee table (marked at $175, its a $900 table)• Railroad cart coffee table• Giant linen upholstered king sized headboard• Stainless steel Dacor Gas Range• Copper exterior lights• Pottery barn cream linen tufted dining room chairs• Marble vanity tops• Lots of interior and exterior shutters• Brand new Anderson wood/aluminum clad windows• Lots of antique dressersThis is a smaller Restore, but they certainly have it well organized. What I did not see a lot of on my Feb 2021 trip;No Antique Hardware (Hinges, Handles etc)Artwork or mirrorsSolid wood doorsElectrical stuffNo Lumber or TrimObviously its always an unknown as to what you will find!Staff was very friendly and even asked if I needed assistance!

The employees here are super helpful. The same guy asks if I need help every time I come here. You do have to hit a sale though. They have stickers so one will be 25% off, 50% off, and if it’s been there awhile 75% off. They get donations of brand new furniture, used furniture, new and used appliances, and also building materials mostly left over from projects. You can find tile, windows, doors cabinets, tools. Think of things people salvage when gutting a home or remodeling. They also accept donations and will schedule pick ups for what you cannot drop off. Do this instead of filling up the landfills! I do feel it is a bit overpriced though.

Do yourself a HUGE favor. Before you go shopping at any other home improvement or hardware store for your projects, stop in here first. They have a lot more in stock than I would have anticipated and it is run like a normal retail store, but by volunteers. Obviously you will save money on your purchase, but dont forget that you will also be supporting a fantastic cause in the process. This really is a win-win situation!

This is a great resale shop and I love that it is Habitat for Humanity. While this is a really good one it is not the best. Check out the one in Aurora. I purchased a childs reading chair that was brand new for 40 dollars and it should have been 200 at a store. I sometimes just like to go and look around. There are all sorts of things to use for craft projects. The staff is super friendly and I feel like I am doing something good when I buy products there.

Very different from 5 years ago. Prices now are too high, they want to price things same as retail prices. What they don’t realize is that a lot of this stuff is only bits and pieces. And if I’m going to pay same as retail I am not going to look through rummage.$1,000.00 for old, outdated, and banged up kitchen cabinets 🤔.... really?$35 for old, used light fixture that was $20 at Home Depot BRAND NEW?

As a loyal customer of the restores stores this location is by far the most expensive one in the chicagoland and NWI area. Some of their prices are ridiculous. Mchenry, aurora, chicago, Griffith and merriville are all cheaper. I spoke with another customer who advised me that the prices seemed to have increased when the manager changed. But I definitely know something changed from when I first started going there.I absolutely love the staff who are always helpful and always recognizes me. Great place for folks seeking new furniture from Bobs.

Was looking for an inexpensive gas stove. All the ones I found online were almost as much as new ones.A friend told me about this place and I contacted them through FB asking about pricing and availabilityNot only did they respond within 2 hours; they also included pictures and pricing of the items in stock!!Ended up going to the store and purchased a stove in a 8 out 10 condition for less than $50!!After my wife cleaning it, and me hooking it up; it works flawlessly. Only thing is that it DOES need new igniters. So just turning it on with a candle lighter does the trick for now until I receive the replacement parts through the mail.Overall a great experience and awesome customer service.Check EVERYTHING na EVERY INCH of what youre getting Theres no refund or exchange policy that Im aware of. Its understandable since youre basically donating money and getting something in return.Overall fantastic experience and amazing customer service. Would deff shop there again.
