A very nice gentleman greeted me as I walked in the door. He assisted me in my product selection with fantastic insight on all the products. Overall great place to go.

First time at this GNC location. The young gentleman was friendly and helpful on my purchase.

Ive gone to many GNC locations and this one is hands down the best one of visited by far. Not only is the store bigger than the others, the staff are extremely knowledgeable with product and ingredient knowledge. To add on top of that, the customer service provided was exceptional. Honestly, if you go to a supplement shop than GNC Addison, your gains are subject to be compromised.

This place is amazing! Love the employess they are awesome. Very respectful, well mannered, helpful and enthusiastic! I give them five stars for being the best GNC in Texas.

The employee was on her phone the whole time. Heard us questioning what to get and did not help us what so ever. All she did was stare at us and her phone so we left without making a purchase.

I have stopped at this GNC about 3 times in the last couple months and the door is always locked. There is no sign on the door about the hours or why its closed if the hours on google show differently. I call the number linked to it and it goes straight to voicemail, with a full mailbox so i am not even able to leave a message.

So I called the store today at 5:20 pm didnt get an answer the first time and immediately called back. This time a young guy answered, I asked about a supplement to see if they had it and he said he needed to put me on hold for a minute because he was helping a customer, not a big deal so I say okay. Fifteen minutes go by and Im still on hold, so I get in my car and drive the ten or so minutes to the store find my product all while on the phone and this useless guy is just standing behind the counter flirting with some chick who then goes into the back area of the store while hes laughing about how she doesnt work there. I also let him know after I check out the he can take me off hold and he just laughs like its some joke.
