There were some random issues that occurred after the install of my new AC such as condensation line leaking and overflowing the sink. I will say, however, they did an amazing job of fixing all the issues once I reported them. Sent a plumber out for free to clear the line and even offered to replace my plants that they had accidentally killed!! James the plumber was really nice and helpful with advice. Greg came out 3 times to inspect and make sure it was all running was also very apologetic and made sure I was 100% happy. I appreciated the effort they went through to make sure they delivered quality customer service! Would definitely recommend!

Called Enoch to clear a sewer line clog. Three years ago, another company told me I had a belly in the line that caused it to clog periodically. They wanted to charge me $5,748 to remove the belly in the sewer line. Enoch ran a hydrojet down the line to thoroughly clean it out. Then they ran a camera and found there was NO BELLY! I have a good line that just needs hydrojetting once a year to remove normal buildup. Thank you so much Enoch for saving me $5,748.

I contacted them, they had a guy out to do the install the next day. The installer showed up on time, was fast, knowledgable, answered all my questions and even made a few recommendations. He cleaned up after the job and was gone. Overall excellent installation, service, and information.

Armando did my electrical work and did a great job! Very knowledgeable and professional.Installed a lot of new outlets and recessed lights. Also added outlets in the outside soffits finding a way to reach the corner of the house with little attic space. The meter base was damaged and required replacement. This was a condo so there was a cluster of bases tied together, which caused all 6 of the bases to have to be replaced with new ones. Team Enoch was quick to get out to assess, provide and estimate and work with the condo HOA in getting the work completed. Not very friendly. Installed a disposal and cut the elbow jaggedly with, I’m guessing, a pocket knife. Cut it to short and after it settled, spewed water everywhere everytime we ran it. Just fixed it ourselves to not deal with their shotty craftsmanship.Way overpriced for their quality of work.

I had a great experience with the replacement of two chandeliers. From my initial call to schedule a time, to the followup confirmations, to the electricians attention to detail during the installation--I was very impressed. They estimated it would take 1.5 hours to remove and install new fixtures and they were spot on. The electrician worked quickly while taking time to assess the quality of his work and discuss the pendant light lengths with me. Enoch replaced our AC. Its rare that Im truly impressed with a company but they really did an excellent job. Their pricing is competitive but its the quality of their install that stood out to me. I work in QA and its clear the company really cares about the details. I hope their plumbing and electrical department is as good as their AC department.
