Poochville was referred to us by a friend when we got a pup and now I’m here to refer them to y’all. Everything about them is amazing from the front desk to the groomer. Heather is our groomer and she takes care of our puppy like it’s her own dog. Can’t put in words how much we appreciate her!! 11/10 service

Great place for dog grooming. They do a good job and my dog is a tough customer so kudos to their groomers. Reasonably priced for all you get with the deluxe groom.

Just recently watched a Facebook video of a Poochville Employee yelling and cursing at a customer. Telling him to “GTFO”. Not only that, the employee looked to have assaulted the gentleman as well. That’s unprofessional and disgusting behavior! I’ve worked in the “Customer Service” industry over 15years and currently run my own small business. Personally no matter what the customer did (as long as it isn’t physical) I would NEVER treat my customers that way, let alone another human being. It also says a lot when you have the OWNER trying to justify their employee actions. I Will NOT be recommending this company to anyone I know!

We recently returned from our long awaited 8 day vacation. We have several dogs; but, our 105lb GSD/PYR boy is super neurotic, a fear barker, has severe separation anxiety and is afraid of any new person. He has scared our petsitter so much with his size and barking, that she no longer felt comfortable coming to our house.We needed a place for him to go where he would feel safe and be well taken care of.We also needed a place for our 70lb food aggressive Rottie foster girl.Well, Poochville came to the rescue!!!Tina welcomed us with open arms- even with knowing of our “special cases”She talked with me about the accommodations and conditions that would be best suited for our 2.I met several of the wonderful staff when I dropped them off and not 1 of them shied away from the “challenge” of our babies.They were knowledgeable, friendly, patient and confident when meeting Buddy Bear and GretaThey all followed my extensive feeding demands and special instructions to a T.I called to check on them during my trip and was given updates and compliments on our babiesI can’t thank everyone enough for making our vacation free of stress by knowing that our high maintenance dogs were cared for, eating and getting along great with everyoneThey even took it upon themselves to do extra steps that I didn’t even ask for- just to ensure Buddy Bear didn’t freak out too much!Thank you, to everyone!!Tina is an amazing and caring animal welfare proponent and anyone would be lucky to have their furbabies cared for by PoochvilleThe entire staff was so friendly and calmI only remember Toms name but every single staff member is just so great!!!Thank you to all

Heather did an excellent job washing and grooming my English Springer Spaniel. My dog was so clean and well groomed when I picked her up. Heather also put a darling pink scarf on her. I can tell my furbaby received first class treatment. We will definitely be back. Great experience!!

Normally a great experience but they seem to be hard to reach and by that I mean I have emailed them twice and left a voice mail and have not received a response. I just want to get my dog groomed but its hard to do that if I cant schedule an appointment.***Update- please read my new review under Bob M. It doesnt get better :(

Absolutely wonderful and all the furbabies are sweet, the staff is fantastic as well! They take great care of the fur babies!!

There is a lot of things I don’t like about this place. Let’s start with the workers at the front can be rude sometimes / moody. They really don’t tell you how you’re dog has been all day. There isn’t any live cameras to see your dog in action. It’s about $25 for a full day so it’s price the same with most competitors. You have to give them your dog at the front on drop off and pickup.

They seem extremely disorganized, the first time we picked up our dog from grooming/daycare he immediately peed in the house when he got home (which he never does) and that makes me think he wasnt let outside at all during his 5+ hour stay. We gave them a 2nd chance and scheduled another grooming appointment but upon arrival they told us they had scheduled too many dogs that day so couldnt get him in. They didnt call or give us any kind of notice until we drove all the way to Poochville.

BEST FURR-BABY STYLIST/GROOMER: HEATHER KILLEBREWI live in McKinney but make this drive every 1-2 months all the way here for HEATHER K.I have a maltese thats NOT the easiest to groom and Heather goes above and beyond to make sure Spunkys stay is comfortable. Not only does she make this process easy and take her time but Spunky looks absolutely adorable 💙I only come to Poochville because of Heather K. SHES FREAKING AWESOME!!!

The owners Tina and Dan love these dogs and pour their heart and soul into this endeavor. They are passionate about what they do. True champions for all dogs. 5 stars is not enough.

Best boarding and grooming business in Addison. You know your pets are LOVED when they come to Poochville. Your dogs get individualized love and attention and are never locked up in a kennel. When you bring your pup in for boarding or daycare it’s like coming to their second home.

Our pups love going to camp at Poochville! The staff is always super friendly and the prices are a great value. We had our terrier groomed last week and she looks amazing! She’s light blond and we couldn’t even see the cut marks from the clippers. Highly recommend this place for your boarding and grooming needs!!

What a WONDERFUL and AWESOME Grooming place!! The staff are all so friendly and caring! Heather groomed my fur baby Dakota who is a senior. He does have limitations, and keeping that in mind Heather was so mindful, amazing and sweet and went at his pace!🐾 When I went to pick him up he was so happy and relaxed and HANDSOME too! He obviously loved his spa day!❤ I highly RECOMMEND this SUPER GREAT PLACE!! Tina the owner is an absolute sweetheart!! Truly kind and caring individual also!! Weve tried several other places and observing Dakota he showed me that he was not content and they ended up being a disappointment. POOCHVILLE is EXCELLENT and deserves 100⭐!! 🤗❤🦋

Salem loves going to Poochville when he gets the chance. All staff are absolutely wonderful and you can tell they love what they do. Dog had always been super happy going in and coming out!

Im not usually one to leave reviews but I love this place and the owner! The second we walked in, we were immediately welcomed. Its very clean and the owner and team were very nice and clearly loved all the dogs that were there. I have no worries leaving our two babies here!

Our puppy LOVES coming here - he always comes home and sleeps all evening because he’s gotten so much good play time! It is smaller and they don’t have all the “fancy amenities” but I appreciate this because they are laid-back, letting dogs drop in for the day without reservations and treating the overnight dogs like family (not putting in crates!).

This place is amazing. I’ve toured 10+ Dog daycares and tried a few and nothing compares to this place. The owner Tina is by far the best owner that I’ve met. She truly is a dog lover and is almost always there interacting with the customers and dogs. My puppy is so happy to go there and has been extremely happy when I pick her up. Every time she sees Tina and the staff she gets excited.One thing to note about this place is they also understand dogs needs unlike a lot of these cattle herds. Each dog is placed within a group and temperament that they thrive in. Along with that, they’re kept in smaller groups so they do not get stressed out and overwhelmed.I can not say enough good things about this place. If you’re in the Addison area and can get your dog here, make sure you try this place out because your hound will truly be thankful

Terrible. Not even close to worth $100. Asked for my dogs hair to left approximately 2 in and he came back shaved to probably 1/4 in. The cut was patchy and hair by the eyes literally cut to the skin. Overall terrible cut...Also waited to bring my dog in until the groomer got there so we wouldnt have to stay in a cage all day but it still took 5 hours... Not sure how it takes 5 hours to sheer a dog to the skin and bath him

Our dog absolutely loves staying at poochville whenever my husband and I have to travel. The staff are all amazing with dogs and they take care of them as if they are their own pets.

I LOVE Poochville, and so does my furbaby! The staff here really care for each dog and make sure everyone has a paw-esome time. My dog can be very shy but at Poochville she comes home happy and tired from playing with other pups. I really appreciated the staff making sure it was okay before allowing her to interact with other dogs to prevent any issues. Its this attention to detail and care for all dogs that keeps my dog a Poochville pup!

It may have been due to it being the weekend before a holiday but the young staff member at the front desk was overwhelmed. Her poor attitude and handling skills got her nipped by an unhappy patron (not my dog).

Fantastic care of animals

Love love love. After my experience today I won’t be bringing my dog anywhere else. After a traumatic experience with a local PetSmart I was very hesitant and opposed to bringing my dog anywhere to be groomed. The owner made my dog feel extremely comfortable, when I went to pick him up he didn’t want to leave. I would highly recommend them any one looking for a new groomer.

Tina, the owner, was very welcoming and open! Place was clean, smelled nice and and was well organized ....Their “backyard” play area is a great feature and spacious. She is very knowledgable and had assistants and also trusted volunteers that come in to help- and play fetch 🐶

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They went over and beyond for me and my pup. I took my puppy in to get groomed and i didn’t get her back how i wanted. HOWEVER, they told me to bring her back in and spent the time to thoroughly listen to exactly how I wanted her, and i got her back perfect. not only did they do an excellent job, they provided me with exceptional customer service. ask for Heather to groom your puppy. she will do phenomenally and treat you amazing. Last but not least, Tina the owner, has checked up on me to make sure i’m fully satisfied and assured me over and over that if i’m not satisfied, that they are going to take care of my puppy till I am. These people are great!

Tina has opened a first rate, well appointed doggie daycare. This place is a masterpiece. If you own a dog and are in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in and check out the business and meet with Tina. You will be impressed and know that if you ever need to board your dog, there is a place that will meet your standards!P.S. They have grooming, too!

The care and commitment of the team at Poochville is beyond measure. We boarded our fur babies there for several trips and the staff is great and always checked in with us via email and text to let us know how the kids were doing. They formed such a tight relationship with my old man Chubb who is a rescue Chihuahua I had for 8 years that when his health started failing I made sure that he got to spend time with his friends at Poochville before he passed. I was even more surprised to get a custom made memory box with images of him at Poochville and even a his paw print. They are truely the best!

Not very professional place, I called them for pricing and the lady wouldnt give me pricing and hung up the phone. I tried calling back several times and was ignored. I cant even get a hold of them for simple pricing questions Id never let them take care of my dog.

Having recently moved to Dallas from San Antonio, my sister recommended that I take my Sheltie Daisy to her groomer Amber at Poochville. You cant help but be impressed the minute you walk in the door. Not your average grooming facility as the décor is simply adorable. The dogs are not tossed in crates like my old groomers did, they get to roam around inside play rooms with other poochies. The owner was there and greeted us like we were family. Daisy was beautifully groomed by Amber and for a price that wont put me in the poor house. I will be a loyal customer from here on out. Daisy said she agrees. They are pawsome!!!
