It doesn’t get better than Dr. Phan. My wife and I both go to her and we live in McKinney. Every other dentist tells you that you need this and that and can’t do a regular cleaning but you need a LEVEL 92 Cleaning, really? I trust Dr. Phan fully and she makes you feel comfortable. I love Veronica at the front desk because a she explains everything, she’s amazing and makes you smile too. Thank you to the both of you for everything. We’re staying with you forever. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Been coming to Dr. Phan for dental care since 2015. She’s sweet as can be and does the cleanings herself and walks you through each step to keep you comfortable.

I found doctor Phan when my old dentist recommended a root canal and I wanted a second opinion. I didnt need a root canal and I have been a patient of Dr Phans for 4 years now. I got one filling for the tooth that brought me to her, but have had no troubles since. Very thorough, conscientious, and kind.

Dr. Phan is awesome! She is a great dentist. She knows what you need and dont need. Completely trust her.

I would not recommend trying to use this dentist. Cindy is nice and the office is clean, but very disorganized. I’ve tried three times to schedule a follow up appointment but the front office very rarely answers the phone and messages are not returned. They also have no patient portal or website for patient access and all invoices are still handwritten and cannot be electronically delivered. I have had to locate a new dentist as I’m unable to even get in touch with them. My suggestion is to keep looking.

I have no idea how many years Ive been a patient here (close to 10 years) but despite moving, job changes and insurance changes; I still go to Dr. Phan. By far the best hands-on dentist Ive ever been to. She takes the time to really understand your oral health, listens closely and explains everything carefully. I have no hesitations recommending her.

Called Dr. Phans office with an emergency fractured a close to front tooth. Id read her reviews and she was in my neighborhood of Addison. Was so impressed with Veronica who answered the phone and even though Dr. Phan was booked solid. Veronica booked me during the office lunch hour!! I offered to bring lunch, they just laughed and said--no need. How sweet these lovely people are. Id seen another dentist in town who was insensitive, rude, cold, and wanted a ton of money to tell me nothing could be done right then and the office closed in 30 minutes!! Wont mention her name!! Dr. Phan was gracious, knowledgeable, quick, to the point, lovely, wise and gave a cautious but smart warning after she had fixed my tooth! Stay away from caramel! The price was more than reasonable, whereas the other dentist only interest was to sell a case for a ton more money! Dr. Phan may you continue your incredible work and may God Bless you and Veronica!

She is amazing! Ive had some awful dentists, and now even though Dr. Phan isnt in my network anymore, I pay the extra costs to see her. Ive gotten cleanings and a crown with her and all experiences were more than pleasant. Shes nice, explains everything, and answers all questions. And I never felt like she was trying to convince me I needed extra work done or anything like that.

Dr. Phan has been my dentist for 11 years since I moved to Dallas. She is very honest and kind. I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgable and does what she can to work with you and help you.

Dr. Cindy is EXACTLY what I look for in a dentist. She explains everything she is looking for while she is working, she cleans your teeth (not a tech), and she is super honest. I have been lied to by dentists before so Im always a little nervous when I move and need to find a new one, but its obvious to me she cares about my oral health and not trying to get more money out of me. Her location is no frills like some of the other reviews stated, and its right in Addison circle. Im super glad I found her and looking forward to going to her from now on.
