Lisa by far has the worst customer service. My husband went in to renew his medical card and she mistakenly made him go through the doctor this year when he didn’t need to until next year. She offered a credit or refund and when he opted for the refund, she said never mind we can’t do either. So he paid for an unnecessary doctor visit this year and will have to pay for another one next year. They tell you one thing, then retract and claim to have never said it. They don’t respond to calls or texts-claiming a new number, but then know exactly what you’re talking about. This place is shady and we will never be back and on top of that will encourage everyone there to go elsewhere.

Great experience with their seed/clone bank! I got 2 clones and 3 seeds. Very easy to set up via text; I had my order within 24 hours after reaching out. Plants are very healthy and all 3 seeds germinated quickly and are looking great. Definitely recommended

I signed up with much help from Jennifer was in constant communication. Dr. virtual visit was done in the same day evening, app was approved in 30 min or so. I had a dummy moment on how to fill out the state application had to make several calls to Jennifer but she was very helpful & walked me thru step by step. Recommend call them. don julio 1942

I went to the store to pick up plants twice and got blown off. They say they have the most cannabis plants in Illinois lol but really they dont have any plants at all lol what a joke.This place looked abandoned and would never get a medical cannabis card from them either. Buyers beware

Best place to go to get your medical card. I went here and the doctor was so kind and so sweet it was the best and easiest. It didn’t take long Jordan helped me get everything set up and made it feel like a breeze! If you’re looking to get a medical card please give this place a chance you won’t regret it.

My experience was great! The first time being there someone helped me right away. Staff greeted at the door and answered my questions. Product knowledgeable and set me on my way. Oh, it was GREAT! Amazingly smooth process! Called for my appt, they sent me all the info Id need in a email and coming into the office I got taken care of quickly with all my paperwork and picture. I went to medical cannabis community outreach to see Dr avalos. He was awesome. Jordan and Lori were super great getting me all set up. I recommend everyone come to see them.

Initially my experience going there as a veteran was fine. However I took my wife and she was double charged for the doctor. She paid in cash , 250. and her credit card was also charged 260. I called to try to rectify, sent pictures of receipt showing she paid in cash and computer screen shot showing where she was charged on her credit card. What I received was a verbal tirade accusing my wife of lying and being full of it.I recommend finding another place for your card. I will pursue this via all avenues at my disposal

Found them to be knowledgeable, informative and helpful. Dr. Avalos was professional, thorough and a true believer in the medicinal benefits of cannabis. There is a discrepancy between the price I saw online and the price charged. My exam was $300 plus the fee to the state. My card was faxed to me by the state the next day and effective immediately. Be prepared, you must declare which dispensary you will use in your application to the state. Just like a prescription you can only use your card in one place
