Note:I only gave them 4/5 because I believe in room for improvement.Ive always gone to them to get my eyebrows threaded and come out happy but when I finally got them shaded in OMG I fell in love. They are so good!Fora took her time to measure my facial structure and lined up where she thought, according to the measurements, my eyebrows should be and look like. Im embarrassed to say that after all the time she took, I wasnt satisfied with what the outcome looked like but she was very patient and I allowed me to guide her to what I wanted them to look like and after she did that she finally started to shade in my eyebrows. She made sure I was satisfied 😌 and I am.The price of the service was much more reasonable than other places and she allowed me to make payments.I highly recommend this place for threading, microblating or shading and Henna and yes of course they have other services you might need. Come check them out!❤☺👌🏼

I got a groupon for aFacial and I didnt enjoy myself. the Lady was the onlyone there so she kept having to leave me to help other customers who walked in. I dont like the scent Of the products used and I am not sure that they did anything good from my skin. When she was massaging my neck I felt like I was being choked. The table was uncomfortable and the sheets were dirty Maybe stained. It was very painful when she extracted blackheads. The lady was kind and the effort was there but its just not enough for me thats why I choose only 3 stars.

Threading Zone in the Addison location is the best place you can go to get eyebrows, tinting, waxing and many more things done. Dhara has been doing my eyebrows for about 5 years now at another location and then she moved to this place which is about 40 minutes from my house. Even if she was 2 hours away, I don’t trust anyone else to touch my eyebrows. She is professional, friendly, and knows what she is doing. I recommend all to come to this location, you won’t be disappointed!

I heard that they do a good job, however I felt they were very unhygienic when I went for eyebrows and upper lip. They don’t clean their hands, tools or seats or surfaces between clients. She seamlessly went from waxing, threading, and handling money for a previous client to touching my face. The lady then proceeds to double dips the same stick into the hot wax. I realized halfway into it and I left without getting my service completed. Especially this day and age you need to be careful. So gross.

Grew my eyebrows out for months and I come in and they made them beyond thin !!! They aren’t same shape and destroyed my side burns. I left my prescription glassses there and when I called to say I was going back for them they said they weren’t there so I asked for a manager and they said there wasn’t one there

They do a good job with eyebrows —in regards to waxing—STAY AWAY. Any professional waxing center knows never to double dip the waxing stick. I realized this until the lady was done, but I went in for an underarm wax and upper lip...she used the same waxing stick for both services. Who knows how many other people she’s used that stick on. I see in the reviews someone got a bikini wax...disgusting. They should never ever ever double dip in the wax, come on! That just poor hygiene.
