Best apartment Ive ever had. Office and maintenance workers always help when weve needed.

Our air conditioning has been out for 4 months without so much as an attempt at repair. Our pipes have broken twice and our apartment flooded due to the heat. AVOID THIS LANDLORD AT ALL COSTS.

I can never get a response from management about issues. I have to hold peoples hands just to get my problems remedied. Very unprofessional.

This is an absolutely horrible company. They do not pay their bills. They ask vendors to come in and do a lot of remodeling work in bulk then once the projects are done they dont pay the bill. They still owe payment to me for an invoice from almost 1 year ago. They dont return phone calls. If you happen to talk to someone they say that they dont handle that account or say that they will pay it next week. I have talked to two other vendors who have done work for them and are dealing with the same issues... If you provide a service to property management companies stay away from this one. They are absolute trash and should be investigated for fraud.
